These two complexes were some of the toughest ones that I’ve done in a while

Complex A: 3-5 Rounds
Split Clean (5R 5L reps)
DBL Front Squat (5 reps)
Alternating Overhead Press (5R 5L reps)
DBL Jerks (5 reps)
*Rest 90s between rounds

Complex B: 3-5 Rounds
Single Arm Swing (6 reps)
Single Arm Clean (5 reps)
Front Squat (4 reps)
Press (3 reps)
Snatch (2 reps)
Get-Up (1 rep)
*Perform Complex B on one side, then rest for 30-60s before moving to the other side.
Once both side are done rest 2 minutes”

AT HOME DUMBBELL WORKOUT
Stuck at home cause of bad weather? Don’t let that be an excuse to slack on your fitness! Try this at home dumbbell circuit—
▪️5 minutes warm up- butt kickers
Circuit- complete the specified reps of each exercise, then move straight on to the next. Do the entire circuit three times through!
▪️dumbbell squat to curl to press, 15 reps
▪️dumbbell row to tricep kickback, 15 reps
▪️burpees (yes push-up, jump if you like), 10 reps
▪️weighted glute bridges, 20 reps
▪️penguins, 20 reps

I’m s beginning to look like…prep for vacation… I mean Christmas!!

6 rounds of this was plenty! 2 minutes on the timer, complete the circuit and what’s left is rest… x6!

Suicide sprint… the run to the first stop 6 pike push-ups… squat jump to last and 6 squat thrusters (I was pressing the KB at the top) … sprint back to start and rest until the next 2 minutes begins!
