Happy Father’s Day to one of the best dads in the Archipelago, the absolute best dad without question, Chief Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III!We’ve only briefly seen Hiccup as a dad at the end of HTTYD:THW, in HTTYD: Homecoming and in the Snoggletog Log, but we all know that he’s without a doubt an incredible father to Zephyr and Nuffink. We see that he’s supportive of Zephyr’s inventiveness, proud of her even though he’s the “test dummy” in many of her inventions and traps, and it’s her distrust of dragons at Snoggletog that prompts him to decide to put on the paegent - “I’m gonna make him look so much like Toothless,” he says regarding the Toothless suit, “Zephyr’s gonna fall in love with him”. Hiccup also has a close relationship with Nuffink, carrying him around on his shoulders and in his arms, throwing him up in the air as they’re riding Toothless, and it’s clear that his son adores him right back.
We see that Hiccup loves to tell his kids about Toothless, about the adventures the dragon riders had, and it’s obvious that he loves both of his children with his entire heart; he’s so proud of them, and he’s a supportive/loving/gentle father to them. Zeph and Nuff are arguably two of the luckiest kids in the entire Archipelago!
Again,Happy Father’s Day!
Father’s day is tomorrow and idk what to say here except this is in solidarity for any of my followers (and others) who don’t have good relationships with their dads. You’re a valid person and you’ll be ok.

HappyFather’sDay to Hiccup, the best dad to Zephyr and Nuffink. ☺️
Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there. Say what you want about President Kennedy, but he loved his kids (Caroline “Buttons” and John). Not pictured-Arabella and Patrick
Father’s Day
Ryan: here’s a grammar tip.
Ryan: ‘farther’ is for physical distance.
Ryan: ‘further’ is for metaphorical distance.
Ryan: ‘father’ is for emotional distance.
Sisky: …who hurt you?
Elmer: Can I have a piece of the cake in the fridge?
Jack: What’s the rule?
Elmer: *disappointed* No cake after dinner.
Jack: No that’s Davey’s rule. My rule is you have to bring me a slice too.
“I wish to hell I was your dad.”
Stand By Me explores the complicated relationships kids can have with their families. Especially with their fathers, in the case of Teddy and Chris. Fatherhood isn’t just about blood relation, but rather it celebrates the men who support and impact our lives in a positive way. No matter who you choose to honor today- Happy Fathers’ Day.
Finn: Great. Thanks, Dad.
Finn: …Why is everyone staring at me?
Rey: You just called Han “Dad.” You said, “Thanks, Dad.”
Finn: What? No I didn’t! I said, “Thanks, man.”
Han: Do you see me as a father figure, Finn?
Finn: No, if anything, I see you as a “bother” figure because you’re always bothering me.
Poe: Hey, show your father some respect!
Happy Father’s Day! This year we checked off a bucket list item: Hanging Lake in Colorado. The trail is a thousand feet straight up (in 100-degree heat that day), but the view is spectacular. We also rafted, kayaked & biked in beautiful Glenwood Canyon. Oh, and had craft beer—cheers to Dad!
