sirius, remus, marlene and dorcas would be marauders era stans & lily, james, peter, alice and mary would be golden trio era stans
i think its kinda sad that remus is almost always called “lupin” in the books but sirius is always “sirius”or “his godfather”. maybe this is just because remus used to be his professor but i still feel like its a bit unfair.
just like voldemort and the death eaters calling peter wormtail???? like no???? that was a marauders thing.

- sirius definitely knew how to play the piano.
- like he didnt like doing it because his parents probably forced him to learn it but sometimes he still plays a bit and remus would hum along
- mary can sing. like a fucking angel.
- james made a joke ab sirius’ name when they first met.
- during the week of the full moon peter would sneak into the kitchens a bit more than usual and steal lots of chocolate for remus
- sirius and james definitely had peter convinced remus was a werewolf but also a flying one but he also had some vampire in him for at least a week until remus told them to ‘fuck off’

“I love you Lily Evans-Potter.” James grinned as he kissed his bride. “I love you too.” Lily laughed into his mouth.

“I love you Lily—.”
“I love you James Potter.” Lily thought as she heard the sound of his body falling to the floor.

here’s a ship + headcanon thingy I did over october on insta.
James Potter is the kind of person that would make even more shitty dad jokes to tell his friends Lily’s pregnant.
Currently doing my book project over All The Young Dudes and I’m trying to decide if I should just bite the bullet and use their names in the analysis. Do I just fess up to doing this project over a piece of Harry Potter fanfiction? Or should I just try to subtly skip over their names, or use the nicknames moony and padfoot (maybe my teacher hasn’t read Harry Potter) orrrr if I should just make up names. I chose quotes that I could easily erase their names from but then I realized when it comes to talking about the quotes, I need to talk about Remus like 17,000 times and I can’t just skip over his name that many times without it looking weird. Hmmm idk.
(Also, luckily I started saving quotes from the fic into my notes during like year 3 and so I already had 100 quotes in my notes)

I thank god every day that all the young dudes ended before Sirius died. Because I cry every day over having to read Remus‘ reaction to the deaths of Marlene, Lily, and James. In the epilogue we hear Grant like briefly mentioned remus briefly mentioning Sirius’ death, and that made me cry, but if I had to read Remus react to his death I don’t think I would ever recover as a human being, I’d always be an empty husk.
Ok so yes, I have been sobbing since I read chapter 172, 173, and 174. I cant breathe. And it all hurts so bad, I cannot even begin to explain how awful this is, the pain I mean. But I am now on chapter 180 and there is a question I need answered ASAP.
What happened to Lily’s cat.
James got Lily a cat as a Valentine’s Day gift in their seventh year, and then we hear about it again in one of the war chapters, I desperately need to know what happened to that cat.
1st, did it go into hiding with them. And 2nd, where is it now, where did it go after losing its caretakers, I need these answers so bad.
Ok so, doing a book project over All The Young Dudes, and this is how I decided to start it, hopefully my teacher doesn’t mind it’s a fanfic.
