Could be anything in the entire world. Writers block happens when you pressure yourself to the point where your mind shuts down in an attempt to get you to stop pressuring yourself. It helps you to stop overthinking and is actually really beneficial to you in the long run. Writing about how you feel literally allows you to step out of your mind and further helps you to get rid of the stress you’ve put yourself under. If you have writers block, do NOT stop writing. That’s the worst thing you can do. It’ll make it harder to get back into. Write about how your favourite song, animal, poem, tv show, or anything at all. Just write about something that makes you feel.)

Hiii guys.

It’s been so long since I’ve been on here and soooo much has happened.

Firstly I just want to say I hope everybody is keeping well and keeping safe through this pandemic. It’s so crazy that this is our life now but I hope everyone is getting through it.

Since the last time I’ve been on here unfortunately I’ve been grieving a loved one who passed away as well as trying to deal with the stress this pandemic has caused. My university closed in March and all learning and exams were turned into online learning. 

Having to complete my exams while grieving, in lockdown and all online with no library access was one of the most difficult things I’ve had to do however despite that, last week I got my results which in turn led to me getting my degree!!!!

I HAVE A DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY AND HISTORY!!!

I’m currently waiting to hear back from my college about a higher diploma course (in Psychology) that starts in September however it’s extremely competitive and very limited places and after the year I’ve had I’m not very hopeful, however I can’t rule anything out yet, I just have to wait and see.

Sending lots of love and light to everyone struggling at the moment.

These were doodles I made for my discord family. We all are going through rough times and I merely wanted to make them smile to compensate how much they make mesmile since I’ve met them. They provide me confidence to get out of my confortable zone in art, writing and even personality. I can be my “sappy”, fluffy self with them when I can’t in real life (because I am unconfortable in doing so, due to personal reasons). They are super kind and I love them all. Thank you for putting up with me…

If you are having problems yourself, things do get better! I have dealt with depression and anxiety myself and, eventually, it got more easy to deal with. You are amazing and please, pleasetake care of yourself!

Annnnd just like that, I’m back from PHENO! Y’all, I had a fantastictime.

I got to talk shop with plenty of physicists (familiar and new), attend excellent presentations, and introduce myself to important people in the field.

Highlight of the Conference: On Tuesday, I presented my current research project. My talk was the second in a coordinated pair of presentations, the first being my advisor’s. His talk allowed me to focus on details and he did a great job of hyping me up along the way, which gave me STRENGTH and ENERGY. I then proceeded to CRUSH my presentation. The question session went well too (people had so many great questions that there wasn’t enough time to answer them all!), and after the talk I received lots of compliments regarding both the project and my delivery. So yeah, it went about as well as possible! Which is made all the better by the fact that several big shots (who’ve done related work) were in the audience too!!
