Anyone have any book recs for fiction books about mental health/disorders?
Despite these wild times, I am still on track to publish my first book. It’s an incredible and difficult experience, writing about your own life, and remaining honest forces you to confront yourself on many levels.

rethinkmentalillness campaigner and mindcharity ambassador Jonny Benjamin has kindly agreed to take part in a Q&A for the guardian Christmas appeal.
You might remember Jonny from the #FindMike campaign, a Twitter search to find the stranger who stopped him from jumping into the River Thames in 2008. (fyi: he did find him!) Or perhaps you’ve seen one of his vlogs, which challenge stigma around mental illness.
Jonny has schizoaffective disorder, a mental illness combining the symptoms of schizophrenia with mania and depression, and he says he’s tired of the misconceptions around mental illness. His honest and open insight into mental illness has gained him thousands of subscribers on YouTube.

So this video recently got featured by the wonderful YT channel Living Well With Schizophrenia(video here), and wow - not only was she correct that this really is one of the best videos on living with a schiz-spectrum disorder out there, but this man’s channel overall is one of the best I’ve found in a whiiiiile ♥
