A good friend of mine wrote this book. I can attest that this story is an original one. Obviously I’m not the library of congress, I can’t assure you’ve never read anything like it. But Icertainly haven’t. 

Because I know I’m bias I’ll go ahead and say 4/5, because I fully recognize that as good as it is– 5/5 sounds like something I’d rate it becauseI know the person who wrote it. 4/5 I’m sure you’ll agree sounds like a totally fair rating.

It is a published and buyable(<— link to amazon) work. The kindle edition is only a couple of dollars. It’s self published. So, if any of you care about supporting non-big name authors and giving attention to lesser known works, this just may be the book for you!

Synopsis: 

Annabelle and Lewis are two friends who struggle to live happily in unloving homes. The whole world over they have each other. One night, after a particularly bad day, they go to sleep in the same room. Only to wake up the next morning in a completely different place.

It’s a place called “Laminar”. It is full of wolves and fireflies. Annabelle and Lewis find out that they’ve been brought here to be ambassadors because Laminar is in danger from sinister forces…

My personal favorite is Lewis. He’s a lovable goofball dork. He seems like he exists to just say off the yeezy stuff but he’s actually -super- fierce, loyal, and courageous. I love him. He’s great. If y’all decide you wanna read this book - y’all will probably like him, too. 

Lewis is the fun loving, extroverted type who pretends to be more carefree than he actually is. He’s super imaginative and has absolutely no limits to what sort of things he’ll think up. He’s very creative. 

Lewis is BAE. 

Annabelle, to the other main character, is less of an extrovert. She’s also creative and imaginative but she’s more grounded than Lewis. She’s the one who keeps him grounded so he doesn’t go too buck wild.

The character dynamic between them is very sweet. 

Also there are several wolf characters that have their own personalities, too. So. There’s that.

CLEO & LUISE, 2021

my final project for Kunsthochschule Kassel is finally done!! I’m slowly getting out of this diploma tunnel!!

100 pages in german, edition of 50, 90g Munken pure paper. The first 3 chapters of the planned story/ graphic novel

Cleo and Luise are best friends since highschool, but recently they have been drifting apart, Cleo has mostly isolated herself in her room wrangeling her writers block in their shared flat, while medical student Luise has recently entered a new relashionship with a handsome conspiracy theorist. Luise dragging Cleo out to go dancing turns out to not be the best idea, since Cleo becomes the third wheel to Luise and her boyfriend. An accidental train ride forces them out of their comfort zones and into a chaotic night trip through the sourrounding rural area.

GhastLì is an upcoming Self Published Manga slated for late 2015. Updates will be posted sporadically along with many competitions on our facebook page as the series unfolds.

Synopsis:
Yumeko Lì is just another average student at Kurosawa West High School who is now on the verge of obtaining her dream job at the illustrious Kurosawa Industries. After years of hard work and total devotion she is ready to take on the job but is getting it really worth losing herself and ultimatly the souls of everyone around her? As the biggest event in the city approaches things take a turn for the worst as the gates of Hell open and pure evil starts to fill the streets. Yumeko and all her friends quickly realize that the world they know isn’t as black and white as once thought and the monsters you see on TV are very real and they will get you. Can an average student rise up and become the leader that a city so desperately needs in a world now with no rules, no order, and no hope of things going back to the way they were before or will she fall victim to the darkness and create even more chaos?
