Stay with me - Headcanons

Ways you and Ben Solo adjusted your  lives after the fall of the First Order

Ben Solo & Kylo Ren One Shots MASTERLIST.
Black Diamond´s Story MASTERLIST.
  • Switching to the Light wasn´t an easy thing for Ben, he still goes through very bad times when the Darkness tries to call him, but he tries to hide his frustration as best he can since he knows, and feels, that he´s the only pillar that you have to stay in the Light too.
  • Leaving the darkness for you was a bit more complicated, since your whole life was full of situations that fueled the anger you felt, and going so dramatically into the Light, when you had never been there before, meant completely forgetting and leaving behind the person you were.
  • There are times when one of the two wakes up in the middle of the night, sweating or crying due to some nightmare, and the other will always cling to the other’s body, even after leaving the Darkness, both continue to maintain your bond through the Force, so you´re able to feel what the other feels. Both are a kind of lifeline for each other.
  • At first, it was very difficult for you to move around the resistance base, since you could feel the inquisitive looks and some of the suspicious thoughts of the people around you and judged you.
  • There are times when both cannot sleep and leave your tent to walk calmly and chat alone in the surroundings of the base.
  • During the whole time you were together in the First Order, you got used to leading your life as a couple in an extremely private way and it´s something that even being in the Light you continue to maintain, all your activities together, such as eating, training and your free time it still, as much as possible, at the privacy of your tent.
  • Regarding the displays of affection, at first you were both embarrassed that someone saw you sharing a caress, but little by little, Ben began to be affectionate with you in public, holding your hand when you walked together, hugging you from time to time and occasionally kissing you on the forehead.
  • Sometimes when you try to call him, you do it by the name of Kylo; You automatically blush and apologize immediately, but secretly, and privately, you both like to hear your old names (in fact, even now in the Light, you both call each other by their Sith names while having sex and love it).
  • You aren´t very sociable, however, Ben has managed to develop a good relationship with Poe, knocked down by their mutual interest for ships and engineering, while you have started a good friendship with Chewbacca. Both try to avoid Rey, although sometimes Ben helps her train and that makes you feel very jealous, and Finn avoids you completely.

The Rise of Skywalker Scores. Critics vs Fans.

I really don’t agree with the critics scores on both movies. I’m with the fans on this one. What do y'all think?

Boba Fett x Reader

A/N:A short little something for our King, Boba Fett.

You knew Boba better than anyone.

He was the kind of man who was proud. Proud of the Kingdom he had built, of the power he holds in hands and of the woman by his side, you.

Boba Fett was the kind of man who liked to show you off to the people, one, to show that he had such a beautiful wife and two, that his wife was pregnant.

The little girl growing under your heart was Boba Fett’s pride and joy. He couldn’t wait to see his daughter, hold her, feed her and then later, teach her everything his father taught him.
You were out in the gardens, walking with Fennec enjoying the sun on your skin.

“You should be resting.” came the voice of your husband from behind you.

“It’s fine, Dear, I cannot sit around all day.” Fennec decided to leave you two alone as she headed back to the castle.

“You could give birth at any moment, you need to rest.”

“I am resting. Resting my mind and getting some fresh air, she needed it too.” you said as you placed a hand on your huge stomach.

He shakes his head before locking his arms with you. He knew that he could never win an argument with you, so he decided to join you on your walk.

Protecting you from even the smallest little bug.

Din Djarin x Reader

Summary:When asking for zoomies is just too much for you.

You didn’t like the new ship. Not one bit.

It made you sit back, not on your man’s lap.

You travelled while sitting at the back, not while he held you. You held Grogu close to you, but you needed his arms around you, you needed to feel the cool Beskar and his heat radiating off of him, making you fall asleep as he flew.
Now, all you had was your kid. Who constantly kept on banging the window, asking Din to go faster. Honestly it was adorable, but you started to feel sick after the tenth time. So, when Grogu wanted Din to go again, you grabbed his little arms.

“Please, no more, I feel sick.” the Kid understood you, of course he stopped, not wanting to see his mommy sick he decided to cuddle against your chest.

Then you heard Din’s voice through the comunication system.

“Are you okay?”

“Yes, just no more jumps please, my head hurts.”

“Should we stop? There is a planet fairly close.”

And he already stirred the ship to go that way, the last thing he wanted is for you to be sick and some fresh air will really help you.

After landing, you quickly got out of the ship, with the Kid still in your hands, you started walking around the foresty planet.

“I feel better…but, I’m a bit dizzy.” you said as you leaned against a tree. Din rushed over to your side, helping you to a nearby rock to sit on.

“Meshla? What can I do?”

You handed him Grogu and held your head, “I don’t know. Do you have any meds?”

“I do,” he rushed to his ship, finding the emergency bag and taking out a painkiller, he handed it to you with some water.

“Thank you.” you took the pill.

“I will only use that when we are chased or something, if you get a headache every time.”

“I don’t think it’s that, it's the amount. You did it like 12 times because he asked you. But we learned from it.” Grogu made a noise and reached out to you, Din held him closer to you as he grabbed your hand. “I’ll be fine. You don’t have to heal me, I’m good.” you said as you started to feel the force he used. As you said that, he stopped. “I just need an hour or so, then we an go.” you said to Din as you took Grogu from him once more. He nodded and decided to go relax with you under the huge tree.

You leaned against him, he moved his arms around you, finally, finally he was holding you, just as you wanted.

Now, not even the annoying headache could ruin your mood.

DAY ZERO

A girl—you’re just a girl. Barely a woman.

You stand beside Karga, tendrils of hair framing your face, and Din sees the haughty strength in your shoulders, the iron viciousness in your stare. He sees you—green and gung-ho and itching for a fight—and he bites his tongue to keep from groaning.

His hands clench to fists at his sides. Fuck, he doesn’t have time for this.

Mirjahaal (Healing)

“The lawyer is going to be there, right?” It wasn’t the first time Alpha had asked the question, but you were nervous enough that you didn’t mind the repetition.

“Yes, she said she would be attending the meeting in-person, to advocate for me.”

“Good.” Alpha gave a decisive nod. He had approved of Nora Czajak since she had first sent you a holomessage offering to represent your case.

“I’m not a public defender, but I take an interest in cases that are unusual, or ones in which I think the defendant made the right choice,” she had explained. “I think this case has the potential to be impactful, maybe even set a precedent for Senate workers who feel they’ve been abused. It may never make it to trial - in fact, that’s my main goal - but I would appreciate the chance to be part of it. I’ll represent you pro bono, of course.”

You had thanked Nora Czajak, especially since she had made that final offer. Free representation wasn’t common, especially for lawyers who represented clients like the ones her firm did. Still you had been hesitant when you called her back.

“There’s no guarantee that the Senate will even try to charge me with anything,” you had told her. “This is just a preliminary meeting to discuss what happened on Kamino, and how it affects my contract.”

The lawyer’s eyes had sharpened at that, but her voice stayed gentle. “You’re right: there’s no guarantee that the Senate will try to charge you. But there’s also no guarantee that they won’t. And If they’ve already mentioned contract negotiations, you’ll want me there. Or, if not me, then some other form of representation. I know it’s difficult to hear, but the Senate is a government authority in the middle of a war. The attack on Kamino was widely publicized and the Republic is being criticized. They need to put the blame on someone. Your main concern is to make sure it doesn’t end up on you.”

At length - and with much urging from Alpha - you had agreed, and Nora Czajak had taken on your case. He had liked her blunt speech and distrust of the Senate from the beginning, but she had truly won his loyalty when she had negotiated for him to be at the initial meeting and every one following.

“After all, his perspective is valuable,” she pointed out. “He has been your companion almost since you arrived on Kamino. He knows how the training processes work and he’s seen everything you’ve done for this report. More importantly, he was witness to the situation with your supervisor and was one of the first to respond during the battle. I feel very confident saying that he has earned the right to be present at these meetings.”

And so here Alpha was, fully armored and sitting beside you in your office. He had wanted to stand behind you, but you had refused to let him. First, it would look a bit too much like you were bringing a bodyguard to a holomeeting. That would give the wrong impression of how argumentative you planned on being, and it would relegate Alpha to the status of muscle rather than active participant.

Second, and slightly more important, Alpha towered over you when he was standing. If you were in the frame, his entire head would be cut out of the holo projection.

You had finally succeeded in getting him to sit down, but Alpha looked so incredibly grumpy in the frame beside you that you couldn’t help but laugh.

“You laughin’ at me, neverd’ika?” Alpha asked, glancing over at you with a wounded look on his face.

“Not at all,” you reassured, bumping his shoulder with yours. “Just thinking about how you’re going to scare the poor Senate assistant designated to go over our case.”

Alpha smiled at you for referring to it as ‘our’ case rather than just yours. He had insisted that the situation had been brought about by both of you rather than just you… though he maintained that the Senate was at the most fault.

“You look nice,” Alpha said abruptly. “Too fancy for a meeting with some di’kut, but… yeah. Anyway. When does this start again?”

“Any minute now,” you told him in an effort to keep from smiling like a love-sick idiot. You were, in fact, a love-sick idiot, but that didn’t mean that Alpha needed to know that. Instead, you channeled that energy into bouncing your non-broken leg as you strummed your fingers anxiously. Why hadn’t the meeting started yet?

“Hey, breathe,” Alpha reminded you, his large hand settling on top of your strumming fingers and your bouncing leg all at the same time. “Easy. I know neither of us like meetings much, but we’ll get through it together.”

“Together,” you agreed with a nod, your heart aching at the same time.

When the screen finally connected to the feed from Coruscant, you found yourself looking at a Nikto - impossible to tell whether they were male or female, though it didn’t truly matter - and Nora Czajak.

Nora looked furious, but when she greeted you and Alpha, her voice was as smooth and professional as ever. “I would like to present to both of you the honorable judge T'roir'krivov Oiplis.”

Alpha stiffened beside you as you blinked to hide your own shock. “A pleasure to meet you, Judge Oiplis.”

“Judge, I must once more protest against these proceedings,” Nora told the Nikto. “We were specifically told we would be having a preliminary meeting with a representative of the Senate’s administration offices, not a judge.”

“Your protests have been noted and recorded appropriately, Miss Czajak,” the judge told her, voice steady. “But we must press onward. Administrator, would you be so kind as to explain your involvement in the events leading up to the attack on Kamino?”

You looked at Nora before you did anything more, but she gave you a slight nod, so you did as Judge Oiplis had asked. The judge seemed particularly interested in how you had been the one to request the Kaminoans allow an unknown ship to pass through their security measures.

“I’m afraid it does seem rather conclusive, administrator,” the judge said regretfully. “The Kaminoans want to hold you personally responsible for the damages, as well as the loss of troopers and cadets. The Republic is in favor of putting you on trial for treason.”

Your stomach dropped. How had things gone so wrong so quickly? Alpha squeezed your hand, a menacing scowl on his face.

“You haven’t asked for my testimony yet, Judge,” he ground out, voice deeper than you had ever heard it.

Judge Oiplis glanced at him in curiosity. “Of course, how could I overlook that? Do you have anything to add?”

And Alpha started to speak, telling his side of things from the time you had arrived on Kamino. He talked about how you had thrown yourself into work with a focus that had made him worry about you. He told the judge how you had spoken with every contact the Republic had provided for you, then sought out new ones to give the most accurate representation of Kamino in your report. He spoke about the meals you had skipped, the late nights you had pulled.

You were flattered, but also wanted to sink through the floor at the grin Nora kept sending your way, waggling her eyebrows in a way that managed to look lascivious even through a holocall.

“All of that time and effort put into this report and her supervisor tried to have her booted off the project,” Alpha said eventually. “Not once, but several times. In fact, Brid tried to have her fired outright. She was made to question every order, kept on her toes every time the Senate contacted her. She may have been the one who made the final call to let that ship in, but every other part of the problem was a systemic failure on the part of the Senate. I think she’s just another unfortunate being who the Republic is trying to punish for their own failure. And though I’m just a lowly Captain and Advanced Recon Commando trainer for the Grand Army of the Republic, and my opinion holds no weight… I think she should be rewarded for identifying the system’s flaws before the Separatists chose a larger target. Maybe even Coruscant.”

“That is an excellent point, Captain Alpha-17,” Nora mused, pointedly emphasizing Alpha’s title. “It is clear that there is a breakdown in the Senate’s communication and security systems. If our hard-working administrator had, in fact, neglected to instruct Kamino to admit the ship, it is likely the Separatists would have tried to take advantage of those same weaknesses to attack another target. Maybe Coruscant, maybe not, but it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if some clever Coruscanti citizen were to realize how close the planet came to an attack…”

“If she had reported the breach through the proper channels, it would have been investigated and the problem solved,” Judge Oiplis countered.

“Would it have?” Nora asked, skepticism thick in her voice. “I think not. And why should an administrator who had been treated so poorly put her faith in the same system to help her? Besides, has anyone provided you with the frequency that was used to call Kamino and plant the instructions for the ship’s arrival?”

When the judge shook their head, Nora flipped her datapad around and displayed it. Judge Oiplis’ eyes widened. “That’s a Senate-specific frequency.”

“Exactly,” Nora said, tucking the datapad away once more. “Unless we expect every civilian to do layers of digging into every government communication, there is no way for the Senate to insist that the administrator had not done her due diligence in making sure the communication was legitimate.”

“Thank you all,” Judge Oiplis said. “I will review this information. We will have another call at this time next week to either gather additional information or discuss my decision on this matter, as needed. Until then…”

And the judge swept out of the room, leaving Nora alone. She beamed at the holoprojector. “That was perfect! Alpha, especially you!”

You turned to glance quizzically at Alpha. “How much of that was planned?”

Systemic failure was mine,” Nora admitted openly. “And rewarded for identifying flaws and so on. The rest was all Alpha. I told him to tell the judge the truth, what he had seen in your time working on Kamino. And he did a beautiful job. Verymoving.”

A red tinge crept up Alpha’s neck, but he kept his gaze firmly on Nora. “What do you think the odds are that they’ll try to take it to court?”

“Low,” Nora said immediately, confidently. “Extremely low. I didn’t even usemy threat to sue them for attempted breach of contract - though that is still an option, by the way - because I’m so sure the case will be dropped.”

“Well, if you do decide to sue for breach of contract, let me know,” Alpha told her grimly. “I’ll testify.”

“Alpha…” you admonished with a weary sigh.

“I’ll keep that in mind, Captain,” Nora agreed, eyes bright with amusement as she turned them your way. “You’re a lucky girl to have such a good man in your life.”

You stammered out a flustered agreement and watched Alpha’s hand tighten on his thigh. Did the compliments bother him that badly, or was the reaction caused by the suggestive way Nora had phrased them? Either way, you cut yourself off so you wouldn’t make him more uncomfortable.

“All right,” Nora said, her all-business tone cutting through the tension of the silence that had stretched a beat too long for comfort. “You two relax for the rest of the night. I’ll be in contact with details about the next meeting. For now, go think about something else. Have fun for me!”

You stood too quickly, trying to ignore the sight of Nora Czajak’s wiggling eyebrows as she faded from the holoprojector’s blue-tinted image. Unfortunately, you had forgotten to factor in the lack of balance that came from having one leg in a cast and you began to topple forward.

Alpha caught you without any reaction, making the motion seem so wholly natural that you forgot to be embarrassed. “Easy there, little one. You did well.”

“I didn’t do anything,” you disagreed. “You did well. Thank you for saying all of that.”

“I just told the truth,” Alpha said, glancing away. You did the same, your face heating as your mind helpfully reminded you exactly what he had said. When Alpha spoke again, it was with the air of a man bringing up an unpleasant topic. “Are you ready to talk about what that meant?”

Ah, so it was an unpleasant topic after all. You tried to avoid his eyes, but it was hard. He had stayed sitting down while you stood, and you were close to the same height because of it. “I didn’t know there was going to be a judge. It means the Senate didn’t tell me everything.”

“It means the Senate set you up to take a fall,” Alpha told you. Now his eyes met yours, his gaze intent and piercing. It was too much, too close, and you wanted to look away, but you couldn’t. The raw honesty in his face held you, kept you staring back as the muscles danced in his jaw. “They’re going to blame you for everything, ruin your life and try to put you in prison, all so they can hide their own failures.”

“That seems a little dramatic,” you protested weakly. “They probably-”

“No,neverd’ika,” Alpha said, eyebrows flattening into a stern line. “I understand, you think the best of everyone, but you need to know this. The Senate doesn’t care about you. The Republic doesn’t care about you. War makes people do terrible things, especially when they’re in positions of authority like that. If the Republic has to choose between doing right by you or keeping the public’s trust by denying their mistakes, which will they choose?”

You could feel your expression change as a wave of cold fear washed through you at that. If Alpha was right - and he probably was - there was no chance that the Republic was going to let you walk away from this unscathed. The needs of one person against those of the entire Republic? It would be far easier to paint you as a traitor and be done with it. Your eyes fell to your feet as you considered that, but they darted up again as Alpha reached out to take your hand in his.

“I’m sorry, little one.” He seemed to be telling the truth. For once, his scarred face was filled with sympathy without an edge of mocking or the cruelty that could sneak in every now and again. His dark eyes were soft and sad, and you wanted more than anything to erase that look from them.

“Maybe prison won’t be so bad,” you offered half-heartedly.

The change that came over Alpha’s face was almost comical. His brow crinkled in confusion as bewilderment, realization, anger, and determination flashed across his face at incredible speed. His hand tightened around yours - too tight for a moment, but he relaxed his grip as soon as he realized.

When Alpha spoke, it was with a grit and unmoveable strength that told you he had no intentions of changing his mind. “You will never see the inside of a prison. You’ll never see the inside of a courtroom, if I have anything to say about it.”

“Alpha, you said it yourself,” you reminded him gently. “The Republic is going to try to paint me as the one at fault for all of this so they don’t lose the trust of every planet who swears loyalty to them. How am I supposed to fight against them when they’re trying so hard to take me down?”

“You aren’t fighting against them,” Alpha growled. “At least, not alone. I know a dozen men who would vouch for your character and I was there for most of the situation pre-attack. I’ll testify for you in a heartbeat. If that doesn’t work, I’ll threaten anyone who tries to push the issue.”

“All that means is that we would end up in prison together,” you said with a small smile.

“Nah,” he denied, sounding abruptly unconcerned. “If it comes to that, I’ll steal a ship and you and I will run to Wild Space. We’ll live away from the Republic if that’s what it takes.”

You didn’t want to encourage him, but as you sat there, listening to Alpha plan a hypothetical future for you both, you couldn’t help the broad smile that spread across your face. He saw the change in your expression and an answering smile crossed his face as he listed civilian jobs he thought you could each do. The fact that he clearly had no idea what a civilian job entailed only served to make you break into giggles.

“What, you don’t think I could be a water-watcher?” he asked, sounding playfully offended.

“I’m sure you could be,” you countered, “but I’m not sure what that even means. Are you watching to keep people from stealing the water? Are you trying to check that nothing comes out of it? Making sure it isn’t sentient?”

“All of ‘em,” he answered. “That’s why I’m the best.”

“You’re ridiculous… but if anyone could convince people to pay them to do it, you could,” you said, trying to keep any hint of inappropriate feeling from your face.

It was a challenge, especially sitting this close to Alpha when he was in one of his rare playful moods, and you ended up glancing down. Unfortunately, your gaze landed on where Alpha’s hand still held yours and he abruptly pulled away, clearing his throat.

“Now, we have most of a week before the judge calls back,” Alpha said, standing up and stretching his shoulders. “You can’t stay here by yourself all day and I have some work to get done. You’re coming with me to the ARC area. At least for today.”

“That’s probably not a good idea.” You didn’t enjoy turning him down so bluntly, but if Alpha had work to do, you would only be in the way.

“It’s not an idea at all, it’s the plan,” Alpha told you, passing you the crutches before he started moving toward the door of your office. “Come on.”

You stared at him for a moment, but positioned the crutches and followed him. Something in his expression warned you that Alpha wasn’t playing games. If your choices were between walking to the ARC area of your own volition or being carried like a child, you would rather walk, even if you had no interest in going to the destination.

Walking through the halls of Kamino was a little uncomfortable for you. It had been nearly a full month since the Separatist attack and much of life in the raised cities of Kamino had returned to normal. Training had been back in session for the past week and the platform that had been destroyed was already being rebuilt. The stilt itself had been largely undamaged, and could be repaired rather than replaced. Certain areas were still marked off with neat signs written in both Kaminoan and Basic, warning that structural instability could be present, but those areas were getting less common every day.

The biggest difference between pre- and post-attack for you was how you were being treated. Surprisingly, the difference didn’t stem from the Kaminoans. No, despite their attempts to use you as a way to force payment from the Republic, the Kaminoans treated you with the same polite, distant manner they always had. The biggest change was from the cadets.

Since you had first stepped foot on Kamino, the cadets had found you interesting enough to talk to and about. You had found their attention flattering, if a little overwhelming, but you weren’t egotistical enough to think it was due to anything other than being one of the first human females that these cadets had ever seen. Alpha had told you that almost verbatim the first day you had met him. For better or worse, the cadets watched you, followed you, and flirted with you any chance they got.

Or, more accurately, they usedto.

Now it was rare that a cadet would even look at you as you walked through the halls of Kamino. When one did, it was usually to eye you suspiciously before he walked away. When Alpha saw it, he wasn’t happy (you could tell by the muscle tensing in his jaw), but he didn’t speak up on your behalf, either.

You couldn’t blame them - Alpha or the cadets. You had hurt Kamino, took away the slight bit of safety the cadets felt here as they were learning to be soldiers. Of course they would treat you with suspicion. What proof did they have that you hadn’t brought the Separatists here on purpose? You would have been wary, yourself. And when one considered that they had lost brothers during the attack? Well, you understood why they had closed ranks, keeping their pain among brothers. Alpha understood it as well, which was why he was doing his best to overlook the new attitude among the young troopers.

You were broken out of those thoughts when you heard raised voices. You were getting close to the ARC area and the noise was coming from the area ahead. You glanced up at Alpha. The captain was frowning, but something about the angle of his brow told you that he didn’t know what was happening, either.

You would have told him to go ahead so he didn’t have to wait for your slower pace, but you were just around a corner from the ARC area and there was little point in it now. You picked up your pace as much as you dared and Alpha followed suit.

When you got to the doorway that led into the ARC’s training area, you found a group of cadets arguing with some of the ARCs-in-training. You kept pace with Alpha as well as you could, but when you heard some of the specifics of what they were saying, you stopped short.

“Don’t let her in there!”

“You can’t trust her! None of us can!”

“If she sees where the ARCs train, how long will it be before there’s another attack?”

“She risked her life to get intel for us during that fight,” Neyo told them, voice deadly.

Drift nodded, sounding more serious than you had ever heard him. “And she did everything possible to keep from becoming a hostage.”

“Yeah,” a tall boy added, looking at the crowd of disgruntled cadets. Three more cadets guarded the speaker’s back. They all looked vaguely familiar, but you couldn’t quite place them. “Why don’t you worry about the real threat here?”

A murmur of action ran through the group of cadets at that and they all began to push closer.

“That so?” one cadet asked with a smirk. “And who exactly is the real threat? You?”

“No, me,” Alpha announced, striding forward. You couldn’t see his face, standing behind him like you were, but he didn’t sound happy. “As a matter of fact, I’m the real threat to Kamino. Look up the rescinded order to stop incoming traffic to Kamino. It’s got my authorization code. Is there something you cadets wanted to say to me?”

Alpha had been lovely with you during the past month. He was kind, attentive, entertaining. He was comforting when you were feeling guilty over the loss of lives during the attack, but he also wouldn’t let you wallow in self-pity. You looked at him and saw a friend - someone you had deeper feelings for, but a friend more than anything.

That changed as you saw him now.

He was in full authority mode, standing there as Captain Alpha-17, trainer of the ARC troopers and trusted leader of troops for the Jedi. He was impossibly tall and broad, cutting an imposing figure even without the bulky plastoid plates of his armor. He stared the cadets down without the slightest hesitation, letting them choose exactly how they wanted to proceed. No matter what decision they made, he would deal with the outcome.

“And you don’t think she’s a traitor?” someone asked.

Alpha laughed. It was not a happy sound. “Kid, I’ve met the Chancellor, and he’s less dedicated to the Republic than she is. She’s no traitor.”

“But that’s what the Republic has said - that there’s a chance the attack was orchestrated from inside of Kamino.”

“How did you get access to the holonet?” Alpha asked him sharply. “You need to learn what news sources to trust. Whatever one wrote that isn’t worth your time. The truth - the real truth - is that the attack came from somewhere inside the Senate, not inside of Kamino.”

“Didn’t you teach us that the only people we can trust are brothers?” one cadet asked, looking more confused than angry now.

“Yes, absolutely,” Alpha told him with total confidence. “Can you trust me?”

The cadets nodded.

“And I trust her. So as long as you think my judgment is sound, I never want to hear another word about her being a traitor. I was there for what happened before the Seppies landed here, and I know the truth. There are people who want to hurt you, but none of them are in this room. Keep your eyes open and your wits sharp, but never forget who had your back when it cost them. Look at her leg. She paid that price with blood and bone. She’s a warrior, not a traitor.”

You struggled not to look away when the cadets glanced in your direction, but you managed to hold their gaze. They still didn’t look happy to see you, but they also didn’t look outright hostile anymore. It was an improvement, no matter how slight.

“Now get out of here,” Alpha ordered. “I know you’re supposed to be doing your own training, not hanging around the ARCs.”

The cadets dispersed, but four of them stayed behind - the same four who had spoken up on your behalf. Alpha motioned you to join them while the entire group entered the ARC area.

When you caught up, Alpha gestured to the four cadets. “Do you remember them?”

You smiled apologetically. “You all look so familiar… but I can’t place you. I’m sorry.”

“The last time we met, I believe you were suffering from a rather great deal of pain,” the cadet wearing goggles told you.

“And had carbon monoxide poisoning,” Alpha muttered.

You shot him a look, but smiled at the cadets as you introduced yourself and offered them your hand to shake.

The cadet with slightly longer hair than you were used to seeing spoke first. “My name is Hunter, ma’am. It’s nice to see you recovering.”

“I’m Wrecker,” said the tall boy who had threatened the other cadets. “You’re pretty.”

“Crosshair,” the thin cadet told you simply, rolling his eyes at his brother.

“And I am Tech,” the goggled one announced, just barely managing to pry his attention away from the datapad in his hand.

“I didn’t know they let cadets have datapads,” Drift said, glancing around Alpha’s shoulder.

“They do not,” Tech told him. “This particular datapad was discarded by a Kaminoan who believed it was unusable.”

“I guess it wasn’t?” Neyo asked.

“I repaired it with very little difficulty,” Tech replied, glancing at the screen once more.

“You four helped during the Separatist attack,” you said slowly. “I think I remember. You had blades you were throwing, and you had a gun.”

You pointed at Hunter and Crosshair in turn and both nodded. Alpha’s hand rested gently on your shoulder. “She still has trouble remembering what happened during the second half of the battle.”

“It comes back in bits and pieces,” you explained, trying to ignore Drift elbowing Bacara gleefully at Alpha’s casual touch. “But what are you doing here? Did you get an instant promotion to ARC troopers? You did handle yourselves well.”

“No, we’ve just liked keeping them around,” Monnk told you, slinging one arm around Crosshair and the other around Wrecker. Crosshair pushed his arm away while Wrecker tried to put the ARC into a headlock.

“We’ve been teaching them some useful tricks,” Alpha told you blandly, but you saw the warmth in his eyes when he nodded back at Hunter. Alpha had taken these cadets in as his own. You were glad to see the connections forming, especially between troopers as highly regarded as the ARCs and non-standard cadets like Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, and Crosshair.

“What’s going on out- Oh. Hey, Captain,” Faie greeted as you reached the section where most of the ARC training actually happened. “Are you back?”

“Yeah, and I’ve brought a visitor,” Alpha told him.

Monnk looked at you with an air of sympathy. “Should have known it was just a matter of time before the captain made you start doing drills with us. Brace yourself.”

“She’s not here to do drills, di’kut,” Alpha said with a scowl. “Her leg’s broken!”

“Sothat’s how you get out of drills,” Drift mused, grinning when Alpha shot him a glare.

“She’s going to be here observing,” he corrected. “So you’re all going to be on your best behavior. Right?”

“Yes, sir!” the four young cadets agreed immediately. The ARCs took a slightly different approach, agreeing lazily or - in Drift’s case - grinning at you as he sent an obnoxious wink in your direction.

“Drift,” Alpha sighed. “It’s not going to be a good day for you, is it.”

Drift grinned at him, too. “It’s always a good day when we have such a lovely guest watching ARC training. Maybe you should join us for a few exercises, show her what exactly you have to offer in the strength and physical fitness departments?”

“Eight laps, full kit,” Alpha barked, turning away from you while he issued instructions to the ARCs as well.

It was a good thing, too. You weren’t sure what kind of look you were wearing, but you were worried it would give you away far too easily. As you noticed the scarcely hidden glee on the ARCs’ faces, you sighed. It was going to be a long afternoon.

Author’s Note - I said I would post more chapters in May, remember? Obviously, I wasn’t able to wait too far into the month before I posted something!

It’s so lovely to be back, friends! Thank you to everyone who has continued being interested in this story despite the hiatus, or those who have just found this story and are interested in seeing where it goes! I hope you enjoyed, and I’ll be back with another update soon!

This is based of “The Rise of Skywalker”, but does not exactly follow the plot, so if that is going to offend you, stay away. In other news, this may be the best thing I have written… so here we go.

This was it, the final battle. You would either defeat general Palpatine once and for all or die trying. You had given the directions so that the resistance could follow you and start taking out the Star-Destroyers. They had called in every ally that they had and were prepared to fight.

But the real fight, the one that would ultimately determine the fate of the entire universe, that was on you.

-no pressure-

You weaved in and out of the deserted hallways, put off by the eerie stillness. It was dark and had the force not been guiding you, you never would have found it. You came into a clearing, it appeared to be an empty stadium. And then you saw it, the throne that had plagued your nightmares.

Chanting filled the room as the once empty stadium was now filled with Siths.

“Long have I awaited your arrival. I never wanted you dead, I wanted you here. Empress. You will take the throne as destiny demands.” Palpatine spoke ominously.

“I have not come to lead the Sith, I have come to destroy them,” you informed standing your ground.

“As a Jedi?” he all but laughed.

“Yes,”

“No, your hatred, your anger, you want to kill me. That is what I want. If you kill me my spirit will pass into you, as all the sith live in me. You will become the empress and we will rule together. The time has come,” he announced and all the Sith bowed down.

You stood momentarily at a loss for what to do.

“With your hatred you will strike me down and ascend,” Palpatine instructed.

“All you want me to do is to hate, but I won’t, not even you,”

“You are weak, like your master, look where that got him,”

“He sacrificed himself to save the resistance, to save hope, and as long as hope remains you can never truly win,” you replied with strength.

Palpatine opened the ceiling to reveal the war that was going on in the sky.

“Here is your great resistance. They don’t have long, no one is coming to help them, and you are the one who led them here. So much for your so-called hope,” he sneered.

“Strike me down. Take the throne. Reign over the new empire and the fleet will be yours. Only then will you have the power to save them. Refuse and they will die,”

You felt conflicted, knowing that no matter the cost, you couldn’t give in to the darkness. You were questioning your next move, but then you felt his presence. Ben was here.

You nodded towards Palpatine, trying to buy time.

“Very good. The ritual begins!” he declared to his followers who cheered. “Now, you will strike me down and pledge yourself to the Sith. You will draw your saber,”

You did as he commanded.

“You will strike me, taking your revenge. The Jedi are dead, the Sith with be reborn,” he exclaimed, “Do it! Make the Sacrifice!”

You were scared, afraid that Ben was going to be too late. That is when he spoke to you through your connection.

“It’s okay your not alone, just hand me the saber,”

You were filled with relief as you acting as if you were preparing to strike down Palpatine, then revealing your hand and the missing saber.

Seeing this Palpatine backed away and his guards rushed at you. You took out your second saber and began to fight them. Relief filled you as Ben joined by your side taking out the last guard. You both stared at each other for a moment so many things you both wanted to say, but this was neither the time nor place.

“Stand together, die together,” Palpatine snarled as he used his power to force you to kneel, pushing the lightsabers far away, as he tried to drain the two of you, immediately receiving a shock.

“The life source of your bond, a dyad in the force, a power like life itself, unseen for generations. And now the power of two will restore the power of the one true emperor,”

And with that, Palpatine started stealing your and Ben’s force with the two of you completely helpless to do anything about it. When he was done, both of you fell backward unconscious.

“Look what you have made,” he bellowed.

Ben woke up first, he struggled through the weakness to open his eyes. He glanced over to your unmoving form and knew what he had to do. He stood to face Palpatine, but the Emperor quickly lifted him off of the ground.

“As I once fell, so falls the last Skywalker,” he yelled as he launched Ben off of the cliff, presumably to his death.

Palpatine then took his throne and sent electricity through the air to disable all of the resistance ships.

In hearing the commotion you started to wake up. Your entire body ached, and while you could feel Ben’s presence, it wasn’t as strong as it should have been. You laid on your back seeing the resistance ships beginning to fail. Now, more than ever you needed hope.

“Be with me,” you called out to the force, “be with me,” you pleaded.

And then you heard them, the voices of the Jedi who had come before you, giving you the encouragement and strength that you needed to rise. You summoned your lightsaber and stood your ground.

“Let your death be the last word in the story of the resistance,” snarled Palpatine.

He refocused his power on you, which unbeknownst to you at the time had saved the resistance fighters.

“You are nothing. You are no match for the power in me,” he insisted.

You pushed forward with all of your strength, closing the gap between the two of you.

“I am all of the Sith,” he roared.

“And I am all of the Jedi,” you declared taking another step forward, summoning the other lightsaber. You then continued to push forward until the Emporer’s own power was too much and began destroying him. With one final push from you, his power imploded disintegrating him and taking out all of the Sith with as well as the majority of the structure.

You managed to take another step, dropping the lightsabers before collapsing on the ground, welcoming death.

Ben, who was climbing back to the throneroom, ignoring his pain, had felt it. It was the same wave of emptiness that had hit him when each of his parents died, only now it was much stronger.

‘No, no, you can’t be dead,’ he thought as he struggled to pull himself over the side of the cliff. He looked around, the room had been completely demolished. There were no signs of life anywhere. Between the dust and the smoke it was hard for him to see anything. Despite that, his eyes found you, lying completely still eyes open. He limped over to you, tears streaming down his face.

“You did it, Y/n you did it,” he cried as he pulled your limp form into his arms. He stared at you regretting everything he had done and all of the things he hadn’t done. He was too worried about turning you, trying to get you to join him. In all of the time you were together, he never told you that he loved you. He loved you. He hugged your lifeless, willing with everything that he had for you to be okay. And then he remembered.

When he had been struck down, right after his mom died, you had healed him. It was something that he had never seen done before, only having heard of it in legends. But if you could do it, maybe he could too.

He put his hand on your chest, closed his eyes, and focused. He was pushing out with the force, with his love, and transferring his life force to you. With everything he had and everything he was, he willed for you to come back.

That is when he felt it, your hand on top of his. He opened his eyes to meet your own.

“Y/n?” he asked softly as if you might fade away again. He was on the verge of crying again.

You looked at him momentarily confused before smiling, “Ben,”

Before he could say anything else, you kissed him. The kiss was everything that you never knew you needed, it spoke every word that you hadn’t said. When it was over Ben smiled genuinely, before his face began to fall.

He fell backward as you tried to reach out for him. You stared in disbelief as he was gone. Before you could even think about reviving him, he disappeared before your eyes. Leaving you alone once again.

You felt an overwhelming pain in your chest as you stared at his clothes. You forced yourself up, knowing that the entire empire was collapsing around you. Taking one more look at where he once laid, you turned away and headed towards your ship. You flew out and met the rest of the resistance as the flew back to the base. You hung back for a moment trying to compose yourself before landing.

You put on a fake smile as you passed through the cheering crowd. You watch as people reunite with their loved ones. Everyone was so happy. You saw Finn and Rose kissing, Maz giving Chewie a medal, R2 and C-3PO being reunited. Everyone had someone, except you. Your entire family was dead, and now even your chosen family was dead, Ben was dead. You continued through the crowd numbly, just trying your best to get back inside the base. That was at least til BB-8 rammed into you affectionately. You looked up and met eyes with Poe. He was the first one who seemed to really see you. He wasn’t fooled by the fake smile, he had no idea what you had to do to defeat Palpatine, but he could tell that it had shattered you. He pulled you into his arms and told you that everything would be alright. And that was the last thing you remembered.

Because it was seconds after he hugged you, that you collapsed into his arms. He hoisted you up bridal style and rushed you into the med-bay where the droids quickly started working to figure out what had happened. He waited outside your room, waiting to find out whether or not you were okay. He assumed that it was maybe over-exertion or pure exhaustion. It was also possible that you were more injured from your fight than it had originally appeared, he racked his brain to remember if there was anything off about your appearance when he’d seen you earlier. But nothing stood out.

He was pulled from his thoughts as one of the droids emerged from your room.

“There is nothing physically wrong with her. But for reasons we can’t explain, we are losing her,” the droid informed.

“She’s dying?” Poe asked in disbelief.

“We don’t know why, but her life force is failing,” the droid answered.

Poe didn’t know what to say as he entered the room. You had saved everyone, defeated the Emperor, destroyed the dark side. You deserved to be honored and thanked, but no one really knew what you did, how much you sacrificed. He decided two things as he sat beside you. One, you would not die alone. And two, he would make sure that your sacrifice was not forgotten.

And true to his word, he was there when you took your last breath and faded from existence to become part of the force. To this day, people still theorize about what had caused your death. Some believe that it was because of your dyad connection with Ben, when he died, you died. Others believe that since all of the Sith and dark side leaders were destroyed, that the Jedi were no longer able to exist, and thus the force claimed you. Others claim that you suffered a fate similar to Ben’s grandmother Padame who died of a broken heart. No one will ever know for sure.

Regardless of how you died, you will always be remembered as a hero. The Last Jedi. The one who killed the Emperor.

But none of that mattered to you, you were happy now. For as you were welcomed into the force, you were reunited with old friends. First with Luke, then Leia and Han, each of whom congratulated you on your victory. Han was the first to notice that you were looking around expectantly for something, rather someone with a hint of sadness in your expression.

“You can come out now,” he yelled smiling.

And then you saw him, joy washing over you completely. You ran to him jumping in his arms, all but tackling him. He smiled wrapping his arms tightly around you. “I love you,” you marveled.

“I love you too,” he beamed before taking your face in his hand and continuing what you had started earlier crashing his lips on your own.

“You know, they used to tell Jedi’s that they weren’t allowed to be in love,” Anakin joked as he watched the scene unfold, “I will say this though, my grandson definitely takes after me”.

And with that, the Skywalker Saga that had started a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, had finally, once and for all, came to an end.

This is just a cute Kylo x Reader  idea that I came up with. Enjoy!

image

“I know you’re there,” you whispered.

“I am,” Kylo confirmed.

“I don’t want to talk right now,” you sighed resting your head against your knees.

“Y/n, I-”

“Please, don’t” you cut him off. You didn’t have the mental capacity to do this, not now. You didn’t want to do any of this anyone. No more light side, no more dark side, no more force. You were tired of fighting this unbeatable battle. You were tired of fighting him.

“You’re not alone,” he replied, sitting across from you. He had never seen you look so hopeless or defeated before and it made his chest ache.

But weren’t you though? You have been for as long as you could remember. And now the resistance only cared about you because of what you could offer them. They didn’t know you, no one did.

“I do,” Kylo said.

You didn’t realize that he could read your mind through the force connection. You looked up at him, he was staring at you with such sincerity and softness. Something you liked to believe he reserved only for you.

“Why are you here Kylo?” you asked tiredly.

“You needed me,” he replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

After a moment of not receiving a response, he asked, “Where are you? I can’t see your surroundings, just you,”

“We can’t do this,” you whispered softly.

And it was true, whatever ‘this’ thing was that connected you, you could never act on it. You couldn’t go to the dark side and he wouldn’t come back to the light. That is one reason that your feelings for him scared you so much. You had watched him do horrible things, but when you looked at him there was no room for hatred or fear. You simply wanted to be with him and to save him from the cruel world that you were both forced to be a part of.

“Don’t be afraid, I feel it too,” he said reaching out his hand towards you.

You felt so safe in his presence and part of you wished that you could stay like that. You wished that the two of you could stay there in that room together and forget about the First Order and the Resistance.

You stared at him for a moment before returning the gesture. Your fingers touched and that is when you saw it. The outline of the future, the two of you fighting together, and you felt a consuming loss. You wondered if he felt it too, but when your eyes met his he merely smiled at you for the briefest of seconds.

Then Luke barged in and yelled for you to stop throwing you backwards with the force, not realizing how much his fear had magnified his power. Your head hit the stone and everything around you faded.

Kylo watched in horror as he heard his old master and saw the fear in your eyes. He watched you being thrown backward and then the connection was broken.

“Y/n?” he reached out with his mind, but it was no use.

He needed to know that you were alright. He wanted to yell, not out of anger but out of fear. He felt so helpless. What was the point of the force connecting the two of you if he couldn’t protect you?

Then the conflict within him started again. Why did he care? He wasn’t supposed to. He was supposed to be a part of the dark side. No emotions, no mercy. Only power. And he did want to be powerful like his grandfather, at least he thought he did.

But then there was you. He couldn’t explain or understand the way he felt around you. It was like he was more. More than Ben Solo or Kylo Ren, more than the dark side or the light side. Just more. His feelings for you were the source of the growing conflict in him and it was tearing him apart. The only time that he didn’t feel it was when he was with you.

He waited, still sitting criss-cross on the floor of his room. He was struggling against everything, his humanity getting the best of him. That is when he felt it. You were back, he immediately took in your appearance. Aside from some blood on the side of your head and your eyes being red, you seemed to be fine.

“Neither are you,” you said sitting across from him again.

“What?”

“Earlier you said that I was not alone, neither are you,” you explained.

“Are you okay?” you both said in unison.

“Me? I’m not the one who was just attacked by Luke Skywalker,” he said confused.

“I’m fine, he didn’t mean it, he was just scared,”

“Why do you do that?” Kylo asked staring at you again.

“Do what?”

“Why do you refuse to see the bad in people?”

“The world isn’t just light or dark. People aren’t all bad or all good. They are a chaotic mix of the two. As long as they are alive there is always hope,” you explained.

There was a pause as he looked at you again as if really seeing you for the first time. You really were unlike any other person he’d ever met.

“Are you okay?” you asked breaking the silence.

“There is something that I have to do, but I don’t know if I have the strength to do it,” he revealed looking down at his hands.

“Whatever it is, you don’t have to do it alone,” you promised.

“I know,”

“Y/n I lo-” he started

“I know,” you smiled.

“I have to go, I’ll see you soon,” he said before the connection ended.

You didn’t have to ask, somehow you knew that he was going to Snoke, prepared to end him. You wouldn’t let him go alone and quickly prepared to leave. You thanked Luke for everything and boarded your ship directed towards the Supremacy.

sweet nothings

pairing: darth maul x august moor

warnings:angst, cursing, mentions of battle, mentions of violence, references to gore, self-inflicted wound, lots of comfort, gentle kisses, two idiots very much in love

a/n:happy star wars day! here is a little piece i wrote in honor of may the fourth! i hope you all enjoy. i love these two a little too much, and it definitely shows. i apologize for the delay in posting my life has been ridiculously busy lately)

one by one.

crimson droplets fell, absorbing the dusty earth as they landed. vibrations sent tremors, the desperate pleas for relief merely drowning as more explosions rattled, the blasts enough to shake you to your very core.

shaking her head, she watched as more drops rained to the rusty surface. all around, everything was tinted a rosy hue.

gritting her teeth, she planted a foot down, propping herself up enough to stay on one knee. she could feel her saber still tucked to her belt, safely holstered. her blaster was gone, but she didn’t need it.

her saber would be enough. that, and the force.

those would have to be enough.

they would have to be.

coughing, the tang of blood laced her tongue she spit out, wiping along her forehead. hmm, no blood there.

so where was it coming from?

mustering up her strength, the zygerrian shakily rose to her feet, curses flowing from her mouth as she finally rose.

what a fucking day.

what. a. fucking. day. this. was.

a metallic scent wafted into her nostrils. ah, so there it was. just along the bridge of her nose was a deep cut, deep enough to need a few stitches.

as it always went, when there was a battle, she was bound to leave with another scar or two.

“general,” a voice shouted, breathy and hoarse, “general, you need to see this.”

“what is it? surely they’re surrendering.”

“no, august. it’s bull.”

“bull?”

my love, wake up.”

another voice, brassy and oh so familiar, pulled her from the midst of battle, the world around her shifting. it was hazy for a moment, blurry as everything crumbled away, fading to darkness.

blinking, she stirred, eyes locking with hers.

warm, honey-hued eyes, glistening with an abundance of concern.

“m-maul?”

the zabrak nodded, placing a sweet, sleepy kiss on her temple, “you had another nightmare, love.”

pain seared along her forearm, the zygerrian’s breath catching in her throat as she noticed a sliver of blood lazily rolling down, staining the sheets.

hey,” fingers grasped her chin, tilting her head towards him, “don’t fret. it’ll come out. i’m more concerned about you than a little blood on the sheets.”

“i-it was about that day again,” tears welled up, the words trembling with every inflection and note, “t-the day i failed. the day i became a f-failure.”

“oh my love,” carefully, the zabrak wrapped an arm around the zygerrian, encouraging to prop herself up, “let’s sit up, and i’ll get you cleaned up. all right?”

obeying, she wriggled, leaning against the headboard for support. the pad of his thumb wiped away a tear, the zabrak flashing her a reassuring grin.

gentle hands found her forearm, the proper medicine and wrapping already prepared, “i wanted to remind you that: you are august. you are my wife. you are a leader of the crimson dawn. you are a skilled duelist, an excellent strategist, as well as the strongest woman i have ever met. you are notafailure.”

squeezing her eyes shut, august winced as maul dressed the scratches, carefully glazing the bacta over the wounds, “i lost them, that day. how does one of the strongest jedi generals lose her entire battalion?”

the zabrak’s fingers were steady as he wrapped a dressing around her forearm, “my love, as much as i know you wish to seek out the answer to your inquiry, sometimes the universe is not always kind and gives us tragedies instead of victories. i know i was not there that day, but i can tell you one thing.”

“and what is that?” august’s heart fluttered as maul brought her forearm to his lips, pressing them along the length of the dressing.

“even with everything that you have been through: after losing me once, traveling across the stars and galaxy alone, witnessing friends and family perish, braving horrific injuries, and bracing the worst of storms, your heart is filled to the brim with loveandkindness. that is something to be cherished, my shining star. i couldn’t even fathom enduring what you have, and yet, you’re still here. and you’re the most loving individual. be proud of your boundless love.”

as the zabrak finished, he pulled the zygerrian against his chest, holding her tightly. one hand cupped her head, massaging the base of her neck while the other rested along her hip, tracing gentle circles.

nearly collapsing, august melted against him, “you really know how to make everything better.”

“all i want is for you is safety and security,” maul murmured, “safety in my arms, here and always. as for security, i want you to be aware of my love for you. a love so deep and intertwined, i can’t even come up with a quantitive amount.”

“that must be a lot,” a giggle bubbled up in august’s throat, earning a soft chuckle from her lover.

“i would do anything for you, shining star. and i don’t mind staying up and holding you until you fall asleep, as long as you’re peaceful and content. that’s all that matters to me right now.”

“thank you, for helping me get cleaned up,” waves of heat radiated from maul’s chest, the exhaustion settling in as she snuggled closer, “i love you, maul.”

“of course,” the corners of her mouth twitched into a peaceful smile as maul peppered her head, ears, and cheeks with kisses, “get some rest, love. we have lots to do tomorrow.”

“as long as you’re here beside me,” august whispered, feeling fingers lace together with hers, “are you going to protect me from my nightmares?”

“i’ll be right here beside for the rest of our days, and i will do everything in my power to help protect you.”

“promise?” sleep was taking ahold, the word a bit quiet as it came from her lips.

“i promise.” maul’s pinky linked with hers.

as her breathing slowed, the zabrak rested his head on top of hers, murmuring strands of a language he once thought was buried, almost completely forgotten from years of combat training and sith ideologies.

they were sweet nothings really, just reassurances and promises of endless love.

yet, he knew they meant everything to her.

and really, that’s all that mattered.

tonight, and every night to come.

for such a sour man, he was full of sweet nothings when it came to her.

A/Nthis is a fanfic I started a long time ago. If you guys want me to continue let me know!

This takes place before the Force Awakens

She was known as the gem of the galaxy, resembling her mother in her beauty and strength, with the cunning and slyness of a smuggler as her father once was. The future of the resistance.

Mae walked into the control room, finally finding her mother alone. “mother can I talk to you” Leia turned to smile at her youngest.

“what’s troubling you, child?”

“I can feel Ben sometimes.” Leia quickly turned away.

“it’s just your imagination Mae, now get back to work.” Mae reached out and touched her mothers shoulder.

“Mother please, I don’t feel Kylo Ren, the real Ben. He’s still alive, I know he’s still alive. I feel him and I know you do” Leia still refused to face her daughter, Mae slowly dropped her hand. “mother”

“You have too much of your father in you. You’re not going after your brother. I will not have two children turning out like my father.” Leia faced the girl with a stern look as she walked away from Mae.

“Moth-”

“Padmè Rose Solo. I will not have it.” Mae let out a small childish groan as her mother moved around the control room watching the cameras for an attack.

“You should understand how it feels when you know your twin brother is in trouble. No one stopped you. I’m not asking for your permission. I will save Ben. With or without your blessing” Leia sighed and shook her head as the youngest Solo made her way out of the room. She has a mix of Solo and Skywalker in her that can be deadly and she won’t back down.

“Rosie!” Poe called out as Mae passed the room of fighter pilots When he reached the girl his smile fell “what’s wrong Rosie?”

Mae smiled at the familiar nickname only Poe called her.

“Mother is stubborn-”

“Well you are her daughter!” Poe gave a laugh hoping to lighten the mood but it didn’t work.

“She won’t let me save Ben”

“Padmè, he can’t be saved. How many times do I have to tell you?” The young Solo girl kept a straight face but she felt like crying.

“None of you understand. He is my twin and I know he’s still good. You weren’t at the temple the night it all happened. You don’t understand the helplessness I felt knowing only I can save my brother and I couldn’t get to him. Whether you like it or not I am going after him. With or with out your help” Mae then ran all the way to her quarters the tears freely falling as she packed her bags.

“Rosie,” Poe whispered, “stop.” he turned her around so he was facing her. “stop.” Poe stared into her eyes. “we will find him, but this is not the way.” he pulled the girl into his arms, hugging her as the tears fell. “we will do something Padmè, I promise.”

Hey guys!! I just wanted to know that I’ve made a new much prettier taglist form. Feel free to signup

Although, I must warn you, if you were previously on it you have to sign up if you want to stay on because everyone who doesn’t sign up will be removed. I’ll assume those who don’t sign up again want to be removed.

Eeeeeeeee, I just listened to an absolutely wonderful New Year’s Treat, courtesy of the always-incredible @reena-jenkins: a podfic adaptation of my Rex-POV fanfic, The Good Soldier, which was itself inspired by this amazingly hilarious Tumblr thread.

Your designation is CT-7567. Captain. 501st Clone Battalion. But your name, the one that matters more than any number or rank, is Rex.

You were a good soldier. You followed orders.

And now you’re attempting to steal the entire 501st Legion while Darth Vader’s back is turned…

“Rex?”

Darth Vader has returned. He wasn’t supposed to be on Mustafar, but here he is, and here you are trying to defect with his soldiers, and if you’re very lucky he’ll kill you instantly instead of interrogating you for information about the Rebellion.

“Rex, where the hell have you been?“

WARNING: Nightmares? Monsters? Um, being hit really hard to the point of being unconscious.
Summary:Reader is in a danger and must flee Takodana but where will she go? Maz has an idea.
Notes: Ah yis….. your eyes are not deceiving you. I have updated! Thank you all who are still so patient for following this story. I truly appreciate it!

It’s been awhile since Hans had left you in the care of Maz and you couldn’t feel better. Every day you woke up ready to take on today’s challenges whether it be just dumping sludge down a drain or whipping up a simple drink, you didn’t care.

“How are you feeling (Y/n)?” Maz asked from her place behind the bar, eyeing you curiously with a smile.

You turned her direction, beaming a big smile. “Oh Maz I feel better than yesterday. Thank you so much for this. I am eternally in debt to you.” You brought the broom in your hand closer to your chest.

Maz let out a laugh, “Oh hush child.” She waved her small hand.

“No I mean it Maz. I know I say it everyday,” you walked to the bar, leaning over a bit. She looked up at you. “This…. is amazing. I’m happy now. I feel at peace.” You said softly, feeling yourself almost cry. “and I…… I can’t thank you enough.“

"You can thank me by getting started on the stalls in the back!" she says with a playful tone while she brings out a bucket.

"Oh anything, you name it!" You then grab the bucket and start heading to the back door, a little skip to your walk. She chuckles and shakes her head, "so much heart….”

She then ponders for a moment, her smile fading, “But I fear the worse for you”

-

“Anything?” He says as he strides through the doors, a hiss behind him as they close.

Hux briefly looked back, not wanting to make an effort to look at Ren. “No. But there is word she hid in a shuttle and that’s how she left the ship.”

“Where did it go?”

“Unfortunately, we don’t know. The Resistance shot down all four shuttles when they attacked one of our bases. It happened before we could pin point their exact location but we did get something.” Hux then nodded to one of the communications and they quickly pulled up a map, the lights lid up projecting it in the middle of the command room.

Ren walked around, examining it. “Are you sure? Its the back end of the galaxy, why would the resistance be all the way out here?”

“Not sure but its a start. Now if you excuse me I have to get back to running an army.” He then turned back around to look out the thick windows.

Kylo stayed silent, sending daggers at Hux’ head, after a moment he turned back around and  walked out.

-

It was another glorious day– well, glorious to you that is. It started out fine as usual, cleaning up the floors, clearing out the front to make it look decent again from the previous drunk bunches the night before. Everything was going so smoothly.

“(Y/n)!”

You hear Maz’ faint voice call you from inside.

“Coming!” You yell back finishing sweeping dirt off the stone stairs.

You walked back in wiping your hands down with your apron. “Yes Maz?” You then looked up but she was no where in sight. “Maz?”

No answer.

“Maz? Hello?”

There was an eeriness in the air that sent chills down your spine which made you aware of how much you were sweating. “Please answer. Maz? Rack? Anyone?” Your voice croaked just a little, hands shaking a little.

“(Y/n).” said a familiar deep muffled voice.

You stop, feeling the beads of sweat roll down your temple as you recognized it.

“Ren.” You said back. too scared to face him but hesitantly you did. There he was in all is his black robe glory, looming just feet away from you, his stance was defensive and he seemed relaxed.

“How?”

He stayed quiet for a moment then with a slight shrug of his shoulders says; “I guessed.”

“Is anyone with you?”

“No,” he says again with a low voice. “I came alone.”

“Why? Why can’t you leave me alone? Just leave. We were a mistake.” you said with light rears going down your face. “I’m happy here.”

He scoffs. “Here? Surrounded by drunk bastards that probably wont look your way twice? You don’t belong here.”

“Who are you to say where  I do and don’t belong.” you raised your voice taking a step towards him. “You don’t own me Kylo. No one does.”

“You’re right. I don’t…..” he starts walking around you slowly. “But I do know what’s best. You’re not safe here.”

“Ha! From you I am.” You turn you head but he stops. “I’m not talking about me, (Y/n).”

Your brows falter and crease. “What do you mean? Is there someone after me?”

“I don’t know exactly but I know they’re on to you. You’re not protected anymore.”

“The only danger here is you Kylo. I’m done with this.” You walked away and when you did light returned and Kylo was no where to be found.

“Child are you okay?” Maz asked walking from the back.

You looked up and realized you were on the floor heaving and pale, covered in sweat. “I-I-I don’t know Maz. He was here. H-He was right here!” You held your hand out to the empty space Kylo was just moments before.

“He’s here Maz!”

She saw the desperation in your eyes and sighed. “No one has been here dear.” She came up to you and placed her hands on your cheeks. “You’re cold and clammy.” She stated feeling for a fever.

“What happen?” She said sternly making you look at her.

You took a moment, “He said I was in danger and that something was after me.”

“Who’s after you?” Her eyes bore into yours.

Lips trembling you replied. barely above a whisper;”I don’t know.”

She dropped her hands. “So it is true….” she says standing up and facing away.

“W-what? What’s true?” You said scrambling to your feet.

She held a hand up. “It’s best you don’t know. Who told you this?”

You swallowed. “Kylo Ren.”

She sighed. “You’re not safe here anymore. I knew this day would come.”

“Please, let me stay. I have no where else to go.” You pleaded to her.

“No. It’s not safe here anymore. You have to go. Soon. I will make arrangements for you. Somewhere other than here.” She starts to walk away.

“So then what?” You yell to her.

 She stops and turns halfway.

“Build a life there until I’m in danger again and keep running? Is that what my life is going to be like?”

She closes her eyes, a sign of grimace across her face. “I’m sorry (Y/n), this is for your protection. You can’t let it find you.”

You sniffled. “Please Maz. I don’t know where else to go.”

“I’m not going to send you to some unknown destination (Y/n). I’ll make sure you’re taken care of. In the mean time, just…….” She sighs again; “just stay here- for now. Until I can come up with something.”

You looked down at your feet and nodded. “Okay.”

-

A few days have past since Maz told you about your sudden departure, you were sweeping up a mess some idiot made but you couldn’t focus since Maz told you this morning the people taking you will be here in the afternoon and so you ended up bumping into a costumer who wasn’t really so nice.

:He snarled at you and made a move to push you but you dodged it and with all the anger and sadness returning after seeing Kylo again you pushed him.

Everyone stopped including the music and looked at you and the thing on the floor covered in his own beverage. They laughed at him and even the people in his group.

This made him more angry and stood up abruptly. “Why you!” He said in a unnatural deep voice and took a swing at you.

With ease since he’s very large and slow you were ale to dodge it again. Maybe all those times watching Kylo train paid off.

“Not in the mood buddy. Go back to your friends, next one is on me.” You suggest taking a step back from.

“You need to learn some manners little one.” His nostrils flared up and he came at you, too fast for you to dodge and you went flying to the wall where you slammed against it and fell to the floor on your stomach.

There was more loud commotion and voices yelling but you couldn’t even lift up your head to see, with very blurred vision you saw a figure walk towards you and lean down to check you.

“She needs to see a medic.” they said. Softly you felt their hand caress your stinging cheek. “We’ll take her now.”

Then everything went black.

-

You stood at the doorway, watching how she rode him and he reacted so lustfully, he hasn’t looked at you like that since she first started working for him.

The heartache hurt just as much as when your heart fluttered for him that first time you gave him your body.

You swallowed what pride you had and turned to darkness, at first you walked mindlessly then you saw him, highlighted by a red light.

“I know you’re there.” You said not bothering to turn around.

He didn’t respond so you turned.

“What’s after me?” You demanded. “I figured it out. you weren’t really there. You just got inside my head by using the force. You promised you wouldn’t do that.” Your voice softened a bit at the end.

You can practically hear his smile, “What gave it away?” he asked taking a couple steps towards you.

“How about that annoying headache you left afterwards?”

“Ah, you figured me out (Y/n). You’ve always been smart. I can see why Hux always wanted you by his side.”

“Don’t mock me.” Your voice cracked.

He came around, you could feel him behind you. “I wasn’t” Then you hear the hiss of his helmet and a heavy thud to the floor. “I miss you. Come back to me.” He proceeds to say pressing his chest against your back then feeling of his hands grab yours and intertwine fingers. “Please.”

That deep voice of his always made your knees buckle and your heart skip a beat, even for how much anger and resentment you have towards him he was your first love.

“Kylo….” you said lowly.

His hands moved up to grab your arms softly and you sighed, “Why did you do it?” you asked that one question that has been looming in your head since the day you left.

He didn’t answer.

“Please I need to know. You can at least give me an answer.”

Still quiet.

“Kylo?” You tried to turn but his grip on you tightened. “Ow! That hurts!” You pry at his hands but they just gripped tighter. “Hey!” You shout at him and look down in horror as his hands start to grow and morph, long claws tearing through the gloves, so long they wrapped completely around your arms.

“Kylo?” You said more desperately. No response except a snarled growl behind you. When you turned your head you couldn’t see anything as it was too dark.

“(Y/n)!” two voices said.

You looked forward to see, far away, a small light and two small figures running towards you and as they got closer they turned into one; a hand reached out but the beast holding on to you yanked you before they could reach and you screamed into the black that was now your reality.

-

You jolt awake, immediately trying to sit up but regret as the setting of a excruciating headache closed in. “Oh. Ow, ow.” You winced laying back down.

“Hey. Hey. Take it easy, you’re safe.” A smooth voice said.

You looked over at the person it belonged to. “Huh?”

He chuckles a little. “It’s okay. You’re at one of the safest places in the Galaxy.”

“And that place would be?” You asked.

“The main Resistance Base.”

“Oh. Um, was this the place Maz was talking about?”

“Well I only talked to her once and that was when I met her to pick you up, uh, I mean escort you here.” He sheepishly says rubbing the back of his head.

“Um, not to be mean or anything but who are you?”

“Oh! How stupid of me. I’m Dameron, Poe Dameron. I helped get you here safely while you were unconscious.”

You nod slowly. “Oh…. okay. So you were flying the craft I was in?”

“Uh–no. Ha ha.” He laughs nervously. “I was flying along side, making sure no one tried to pick a fight.”

You sat up slowly, feeling all the bruises and aches set in. “So,” you winced; “You’re a pilot? Like the X-wings?”

He nods. “Yeah. I can show you around the base when you’re feeling better.”

“That’d be really neat actually, after everything that’s happened.” You shrug.

You looked at each other for a moment, finally noticing his dark curls and the tinge of light in his eyes, so different from Kylo.

“Dameron!” A voice sounded from across the room.

Both heads turn to see a scolding nurse with supplies in her arms. “time for to leave the poor girl alone. She’s had quit a journey here and I don’t need you slowing down her progress.” She starts to shoosh him away.

He gets up from his spot and walks around the bed. “Right. See you later (Y/n)!” He gives a small wave.

“Bye Poe!” You wave with your good hand.

You then turn to the nurse as she dumps the supplies on your bed. “Alright, let’s re-bandage those wounds.”

Excerpt: “You’d thought about the Mandalorian in that way a couple of times. In the quiet of hyperspace or dark nights on deserted moons, the idea of… Propositioning whatever man laid beneath the beskar seemed like an okay idea. But once the stars stopped blurring through the windshield or the sun rose on your camp, those thoughts evaporated like morning dew and you were left with a hollow feeling—more than a little lonely.”

Summary: Mando’s gone, the kids asleep, and you’re bored. And maybe feeling some other things, but you’ve never had a problem taking care of those things on your own. And just when you start thinking it’d be more fun if someone else was helping you out…

A/N: SMUT.I mean, ahem, smut. It’s all smut. Maybe a little fluff but 98% smut. Today is Pornhub’s 15th anniversary (don’t ask, shut up) and the 45th anniversary of the beginning of Star Wars so I put it all together as an excuse to get SPICY. Thank you so much to @creatively-analyticaland@peetiespetals for beta-reading and giving me feedback, love you both SO MUCH. As always, love you all. Come say hi and let me know what you’d like to see!

This could not get more embarrassing…

Months you had been on this kriffing ship. Months you had chased bounties and taken care of the Child while Mando was busy doing bounty hunter things. You couldn’t be too upset about it, though, the Mandalorian paid well and that little green creature had you wrapped around his claw almost immediately.

It was just so dullsometimes.

Especially during times like this. Mando had been gone for days, you and the kid had done everything on the ship to keep yourselves entertained, and now that he was finally asleep for the night there was nothing to keep you occupied except for your own thoughts. And those thoughts… Well, they were so much more fun to have when you had special company.

But that kind of company was hard to come by when, every time you stepped into a new town, people tended to avoid the hulking metal presence at your side. How were you supposed to flirt and make new friends when the darkness of his t-shaped visor was staring them down from across the room?

You’d thought about the Mandalorian in that way a couple of times. In the quiet of hyperspace or dark nights on deserted moons, the idea of… Propositioning whatever man laid beneath the beskar seemed like an okay idea. But once the stars stopped blurring through the windshield or the sun rose on your camp, those thoughts evaporated like morning dew and you were left with a hollow feeling—more than a little lonely.

So, it usually came to this. It was your own hand helping you seek release, your own thoughts and imagination driving you through fantasies of the touch of another. At least you knew how you liked it.
