Starbucks dragon drink on the beach this afternoon perfect refreshing treat
Rosy disposition tonic
If you enjoy rose in your drinks as much as I do, you’ll love this little pick-me-up with a refreshing tonic twist, straight from Summerset!
You will need:
2 tbsp dried rose petals or buds
1 vanilla pod
2 tsp white tea leaves
2-3 slices fresh ginger
2 tsp grenadine syrup
200ml boiling water
100ml sparkling or tonic water
Ice, to serve
Maraschino cherry, to serve
Method:
Add the rose petals, vanilla pod, ginger and white tea to a pot of boiling water. Boil on low heat for about 10 minutes, until infused.
Strain into a jug and leave to cool before refrigerating.
When the tea is cold, add the sparkling water and grenadine syrup and stir. Pour into glasses over ice, and serve with a maraschino cherry.

this tea can be served hot or cold which normally i find to be false advertising and a sham, but it rly works with this tea! it’s great for just a quick pick me up drink and it gives a nice sense of security, like somehow everything’s just gonna be ok, ya know? also i highly recommend enjoying a cup of this outside in the sun if you can

The secret to this tasty drink is freshly squeezed lemon juice. For a festive detail, opt for the fabulous sugared rim glass.
Elevate your Easter gathering, Mother’s Day or bridal shower brunch with this fresh and flavorful lemon drop martini. This recipe shines as a simple martini cocktail, but has some fun flexibility, too! You can offer some variety with the sugared glass or by including a shot of limoncello for something different!
Ingredients for 2 cocktails:
- 4 oz. Vodka
- 2 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 oz. Simple syrup
- Lemon twist for garnish
- Optional extra #1: ¼ cup sugar + 1 tbs lemon zest for sugared glasses
- Optional extra #2: Add a shot of limoncello for a fun take on this tasty lemon drop martini
Instructions:
- Combine the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Strain into a sugared glass and serve immediately.
Note: To sugar your glasses, mix ¼ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon zest in a shallow plate. Wet the edge of the glasses and dip into the sugar mixture.
