Today I woke up with a sweet tooth and decided to make myself a bowl of beet berry #nicecream. I personally LOVE raw beets, but if you don’t enjoy the taste as much, steamed beets actually don’t really have much of a taste when blended with berries.
Beets are extremely nutritious and are so great for keeping the blood pressure in check, boosting the immune system, increasing athletic functionality, supporting brain health, improving the digestive system and fighting inflammation. Can’t go wrong with a good bowl of beets.
Nothing more refreshing than frozen fruits in a bowl of #nicecream during summertime. Topped it off with some sweet banana coins and coconut shavings to keep things crunchy. Such a great way to kick off the day!
Good morning world! Been a busy couple of days, but back in the swing of things! Woke up this morning craving cherries, so I made myself a bowl of sweet pink #nicecream. I topped it off with more berries, cocoa nibs and frozen grapes. Anyone else like to snack on frozen grapes? Absolutely the BEST way to have them. Hope everyone’s having a fabulous day!
Pink fluff is made of: 2 frozen bananas 6 large frozen cherries 1 tbsp of soy vanilla yogurt Add a splash of almond milk
Blend blend blend, top off with your favorite fruits/sweets and devour!
Ok so this was my attempt at making a pretty layered breakfast parfait Hidden in this jar is granola, peanut butter, chia, coconut yogurt and blueberry and mint nice cream
Apple cider sorbet from Mason’s Creamery. I was legitimately speechless when I tried this stuff. The flavor is so powerful and delicious I couldn’t believe it was a sorbet!
