I like microlabels! I like to find tons of words that describe my experience and that more people feel the same way; that I’m not alone in that experience. I can think of at least 3 microlabels from the aro spectrum that fit me well, but in reality I just call myself aromantic! I use umbrella terms to describe myself when coming out, but I’m not opossed to the idea of having a bunch of microabels too . In the end it’s all about what makes you the most comfortable, I think.

I’m currently in Armenia, but here it is not safe for Russian people who stand against the war in Ukraine.

There are people (Russian policemen in disguise, сотрудники центра “Э”, they look like civils) that record protests and send data to Russia which means that for activists one day there will be no way back home. Also, they collect data on Ukrainian army that one may know from a family or friends from Ukraine.

Some Russian human rights activists say that people from FSS (Federal Security Services, федеральная служба безопасности) look for protester’s relatives, call them and try to convince them their child/sibiling causes harm to country and they have to make them return. It is obviously done only to lock them up in prison. 5 cases of such calls are known, but there’s no doubt that the number will increase, and it is possible that authorities may try to punish said relatives as well if they don’t oblige.

Why do they do that? Obviously, for propagandistic reasons. They want to minimise other opinions abroad coming from Russians, make zombies believe that everyone hate Russia and the country is all alone against the world. They want to rule forever so badly that they will make an illusion of solidarity in the opinion on the war so both foreigners and zombies would think that it’s supported by vast majority (when in reality most of young people who didn’t relocate are afraid or protest silently). As for activists, they want to scare and/or punish them.

Why did I write this post? Because I feel like people need to know this. As I once stated, no one needs this war, but there are people who haven’t realised it yet and there are ones who try to oppose it – but authorities certainly don’t want us to do so, and they will do everything to shut us up.

Stand with Ukraine. This war must be stopped.

I want people playing war horns and cannons in the distance as two random dudes with a social media following try and battle each other like their family’s honor depends on it. I want witty banter and one-liners being thrown back and forth while the crowd screams for blood. 

If you’re gonna fight people for the sake of views and money, go all out. Make boxing look like child’s play. Or just….don’t fight on the Internet for views. Have some class you ridiculous little mortals.

I was just thinking about those kids shows where the MC is treated like shit by everyone around them but then they save the day and suddenly they’re loved and have a bunch of friends?

I love them but I also think it’s a little fucked up in hindsight. I totally understand the part about earning respect, but no person in the world should have to jump through hoops to prove they’re worthy of being treated like a person. Respect, position and status have to be earned. Basic fucking human decency? Absolutely not.

I started keeping a notebook with me at work because I kept coming up with good dialog or scenes for the current fic I’m writing. And so far it’s been working out really well.

Except when I was driving home today and came up with a really solid dialog between two characters leading to a solid segue into introducing another character and the next scene. I pulled into the driveway, walked into the house AND PROMPTLY FORGOT IT ALL!

I remember vaguely the gist of it. But it’s not the same!
