Snow Water Collect snow in a jar or dish and allow it to melt.
What does snow symbolize? Think about what snow symbolizes for you, personally. It might remind you of joyous memories of past holidays. It might also remind you of loved ones who have passed on. For me, it symbolizes freezing, cleansing, peace, and beauty.
How can I use snow water? Ritual baths, spells, anointing, just about anything you can think of! Add snow water to a ritual bath to promote inner peace and beauty. Anoint a candle with snow water during a spell to cleanse negative energy from your life and create even more joyous memories.
Snow Sculptures
Snow people-Could be used similar to a poppet. If using herbs or crystals, please do research to find out what is safe for the environment and animals, and what is not! You could even use the snow person as a protective tool! Build it with intentions to “freeze” negative energies sent your way, and “melt” those energies back into the ground.
Snow animals-If you have an animal companion, this would be an excellent way to honor them. If you don’t, you could choose animals to sculpt based upon their symbolism.
Snow spirits- This would be a great way to honor deities and local spirits too!
Snow Sigils
Need to create a sigil? Don’t forget that you can write in the snow using your footprints! Another option is to use food coloring and water mixed into a ketchup bottle.
Snow Meditation
Speaking of footprints in the snow, I imagine you could create quite the impressive labyrinth!
Watching falling snow can be used as a method of relaxation and focused meditation. Allow your mind to drift with it as it falls.
Even if you’re not a lover of the snow, I’ve just given you a few reasons to appreciate it a little more! :)
I don’t have the bandwidth to fight every problem. Some issues are beyond my scope to influence. That’s where magic comes in. Hello all! Here is what I do when I want to bring in a storm. I’ve tried making whole rituals of it but it seems to me that the simplest spells are the most effective. I do this outdoors and I repeat the phrase below as many times as I feel called to. After each time I say the phrase I whistle lowly, mimicking and calling in the wind.
Wind, may you come
Rain, may you follow
Storm, I summon you.

Sometimes it becomes like a call and response where the wind picks up and quiets, and in the still moments I whistle again and it picks up again, I do this until the wind is strong and steady. Once the wind is steady then the rain will come that will turn into a storm.
One of my favorite ways of calling a storm. Reeds tied into a whisk. I whisk the water while visualizing the kind of storm I want. I also keep a water library that includes water from different storms to help form the right kind of storm.
When I’m done, I use the whisk to flick the water in the air like rain, much like the old broom and bucket folk magic spell. It’s better if done outside, I think, but I usually end up doing most of my storm calling inside just due to convenience.
This particular set up was done on a night when I wanted to influence an already existing storm system to get here faster.
I was taught a method for summong winds and rain and that was to get a bottle and blow into it. You say a prayer, call the four winds and you blow into the bottle at an angle that makes a very low note. If you want to summon rain, add rice and then the breath kinda shakes the rice. It was a method that worked really well for some reason. You’d blow into it, the next day there’d be rain.
It was a part of magick to whistle up the wind, and we all know that whistling summons spirits and demons and that’s why you never whistle at night otherwise a spirit will come home with you.
If you were ever involved in girlscouts, look up “cursed girlscout songs”. There’s one, Johnny Appleseed’s Grace, that we sang at a campout despite our leader telling us not to, and we had a thunderstorm for 3 days The “official” reason that particular song is no longer taught is because it’s “inappropriate”, but it’s literally a grace And only like 4 lines, there’s nothing inappropriate about it
if your hot witch summer has been too cold and rainy, use this spell to summon the sun.
This spell is an invocation spell, meaning it is only to be used for the purpose of summoning to aid only a magic user or their consenting targets with a specificpurpose. Examples of such purposes may be to get a tan, to aid one’s gardening, to ensure nice weather for outdoor activities, to attract a friendly visit from certain natural beings, etc. Do not use the sun’s magic with malicious intent, under any circumstances, or may it evade you forever ❤️ TERFS/SWERFS DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO REBLOG OR USE MY SPELLS WHATSOEVER.

some outdoor space that gets loads of sun.
garden, patio, parking lot, porch, windowsill, balcony, terrace, etc. all work. as long as the sun likes it.a south facing window would work too but i don’t have written instructions on containing rainwater. protect your wood and stuff from water when you do this. i know that you would’ve remembered to if i hadn’t reminded you, because you’re pretty smart, but i just wanted to remind you all anyways.
a rock.
can be any size, mine is pretty large because it’s a decorative stone for my garden.
a relaxing activity.
i chose bong rips and tarot reading. you can choose dumpster fires and mosh pits. you can choose tea and cartoons. you can choose hiking and taking pictures for instagram. you can choose sex and cleaning. you can choose sports and online poker. i don’t care. the sun doesn’t care. choose to do whatever makes you happy and relaxed.
a way to shower or clean yourself with water.
if you don’t have a shower/bathtub :: any public water parks, or sprinklers and hoses, a lake or the ocean … all work fine. for road trippers, truck stops often have showers you can pay like five dollars usually to use. the warm, half-empty water bottles that accumulate in the car could rinse you off. whatever, just a way to get water on your body to get cleaned off a bit.
how to cast the spell :
first you need to set up your workspace. if you cast circles, you may need to do that too. i don’t cast circles, so i don’t include that in any of my instructions. collect your materials, go to your outdoor area on an overcastday.do not cast this spell while it is raining. it is fine if it rains between you casting the spell and the spell manifesting. if it starts raining half way through casting the spell, you’ll need to re-collect water and re-cast the spell later.
pour your rainwater on your rock. completely cover it on all sides and edges and curves. you’ll know it’s completely covered because rocks usually change colour when wet. if you’re using a crystal make sure it’s real as well as that it’s safe to soak in water and leave in the sun.
leave your rock in your outdoor area. wave them goodbye and thank them for their energy.
use your art supplies to draw the type of weather you’d like. i would love to see what kind of drawings you guys do as well. if you’d like to see mine, you can message me. i would recommend using these symbols :
a circle for a sun in the middle. it should be small to medium sized. if you’d like for it to be especially hot, draw rays coming from it.
if you’d like to summon a rainbow, draw it as a circle around the sun, if you have drawn rays it should intersect with them.
if you’d like to summon a specific shade of blue for the sky, you can choose to colour the sky around the sun.
if you’d like there to be many clouds, draw clouds in the sky around the sun. only draw clouds over or touching the sun if you’d like to summon more overcast weather.
if you’d like the wildlife to be more active, you may draw birds or other critters in the sky as well.do not draw anything living over the sun or its rays.
go do your relaxing activity. chill out in a healthy way. use your brain while also giving it a well deserved break. think about your life and what you want and what you receive in it. clean yourself off briefly with water. if you’re in the shower/bath at this point, it’s okay to close the ritual off and have a proper shower with soap.

She became completely obsessed with climate change and the weather, given she had Weather Magic herself. The only way she might gain that which she craved for was through experimentation. She would often go out joining the athletes of the school at extreme sports like rock climbing and sky-diving, because during these thrilling adventures she feels closets to the nature of the skies. Her new Commander gives her little time off to continue her school-born adventures, to her own distaste. But her new Compan gives her back an old friend from school, one of her former classmates called Gyi.
Personality -
Given her history with knowledge and books, Naitalia has become the wise-ass around her school and now her Compan. She thinks she knows everything, and given to her she does know a lot, but never knows when to step down and admit her defeat. No such thing exists. She’s a very loyal friend, and still has contact with her extreme sport friends from school, always being the first to innate contact with others. Afraid to loose track of them if she doesn’t. She is very calculated and neat in her working process, especially since she experiments with her own Magic a lot. Many younger Magicians could learn a lot from her attitude towards her power.
Within a short time, Naitalia has managed to get into contact with everyone from her new Compan, and picked her favorites. Of course, Gyi is the highest on the list, to be reunited with one of her classmates is thrilling, especially since she has a better bond with him from the start. She loves Emonia, for all her strength and courage, enjoys the company of Noluck, who never seems to say a bad thing about her being a wise-ass, but always challenges her knowledge. And fears Mariaan and Yesa might soon get too attached for her to get a foot in there.

Gyi Tail ❖ She has her favorite, within no time she recognized Gyi for who he was, and was ready to reunite with him. The strange thing is that their relationship is great despite not having seen each other in years.

Making fire out of the cold is a peculiar talent, but when the blizzard hit Black Pains, Sophie Nellsdottir was glad she had learned.
Even the best of heating and insulation charms, applied to walls and roofs with thorough regularity, can do little when it’s five below even before the winds start howling, when the snowdrifts pile up above your second story. Magic can only fight nature so far.
