Your body hurting every day is not normal.
However, it can become your normal.
And just know that those two things mean two very different things.
Just because you’ve lived with something for a long enough time for it to become your normal doesn’t mean you shouldn’t seek out things that could help you now.
Once you’ve identified that there is something that could improve your quality of life (mobility aids, accommodations, medications, etc) even if you’ve managed to survive your pain for a long time without those things, you deserve to explore those options.
