Okay. I make a salad everyday and always diffrent but under 100cals. My tips are never skimp on lettuce, pick the right dressing, and have some fun toppings.

I own arround ten different dressings (fight me) but I put up my three favorite. Calorie wise zesty Italian, sundried tomato, and greek feta. All between 5-35 calories a tablespoon. (Today I put 2 tbsp zesty for 10 cals total).

For toppings I did an assortment of veggies with lots of onion because I feel weird today and feta. I often use rasins or nuts instead of cheese though.

Also I eat with chopstics so it takes longer.

Scrambled eggs and noodles!

This one is really simple. You also have the option of useing one whole egg or a few egg whites. Today I was feeling the fatty flavor of a yoke so I cheat a bit and used a whole egg. Just that and half a pack of shiritaki noodles beat with some veggies. Add spices of your choice, I did salt pepper and saracha and believe you me it is tasty and filling.

I am so ecstatic that I have 36 followers in three days. I never felt like I was interesting enough for anyone to follow me. You guys are wonderful and if you want feel free to suggest anything to make a 100cal version of and I will try my best. I love cooking so much and would have a lot of fun trying to make new things. I have a fair amount of go to things (pinwheels, soups, muffins, etc.) that I’ll be making and posting every morning but I love a new challange.

Okay guys THESE ARE GREAT.

50-70cals depending on your toppings.

Just slice up roughly 100g (20ish slices) of cucumber.

Drop 15g goat cheese split between each one (I used a low fat kind but that is hard to find where I live so it’s all right if you don’t) Vegan alternative: hummas

And then top them, I did tomato, redpepper, salt, and basil but it’s up to your prefrence! (Tomato basil is dope though.)

Remember, it’s really important to eat.

99 Cals in total

Two egg whites, whisked

Three cups soup stock

One roma tomato, chunked

Spinach (I did a big frozen chunk)

Half a pack shiritaki noodles

Boil everything but egg, then slowly whisk it in.

I really recommend.

It’s five in the morning and I just looked up places to hide drugs so my boyfriend won’t know I have artificial sweeteners.

Ahahahahahahaha what the fuck brain.

OKAY GUYS DON’T ACT LIKE YOU DON’T WANT TO EAT A LITRE OF SOUP FOR 120 CALORIES.

This bad boy was so filling tried to have two cups and I couldn’t finish it (going to later though because it was fantastic).

Use a pot to fry some onion (half a small one or so) in half a teaspoon oil and a clove of garlic (I forgot to add that in myfitnesspal, but it’s 3 cal). Then add stock and bring to a boil, add the chopped asparagus (roughly half a pound but you can use more). Let it boil for a minute and then ram that bad boy in a blender with some spices ( I recommend lemon juice and rosemary).

So, back at weight loss again. I’m going to loose 20lb in three months, just watch me.

They take about an hour to eat when you have to crack the sheel and all.

nothing tastes as good as skinny feels

imagine getting dressed this summer and wanting to wear shorts instead of being afraid too

imagine putting on a short sleeved shirt and the sleeves feeling lose instead of tight

imagine going to the beach and not having to hide your body in a towel because you know everyone will see you haven’t lost weight


all it takes is some commitment now, and all of those things will happen soon

A “Fast” is the worst name possible. Not eating for 36 hours always feels very slow to me

Anyone else say their stomach is just off when it grumbles so other people don’t know it’s because you’re hungry and restricting?

Does anyone else feel so guilty when you find yourself looking forward to a meal?
