ブローシュさんはドイツ・ミュンヘンに住んでいらっしゃる日本人の方で
クラブハウスではヨーロッパ在住の日本人の方々と音声を通じて、
キッシュやバスクチーズケーキなどを作るという部活活動を行っています。

何度かそこのルームへお邪魔したことがあるのですが(僕は恥ずかしくていつも聞くだけ)
お菓子作り好きさんも初心者さんも みんなが仲良く会話しながらそれぞれ作って
出来上がりとともに写真を撮ったら プロフィール画像をその時に作ったキッシュやケーキなどにして

ドイツのお菓子、シュトロイゼルクーヘンは混ぜて型に詰めてその時の季節の果物を乗せて最後にクランブルを乗せて焼くもので
簡単なのに見栄えも良くおいしい最高なおやつになりました。

肝心のこのお菓子の味ですが、
チェリーとミントのさわやかな感じが今の時期にぴったり！土台部分と上のクランブル部分は同じ生地なのに
食感も異なって一度で二度、いや、三度おいしいみたいな
季節の果物でアレンジができるので、今なら杏とラベンダーの組み合わせなんかもおいしそうだなぁと想像を膨らませております。

I started reading “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” and it’s very catchy.
