This is my 4mo Transformation. The photo on the left was taken back in December. I continued to get

This is my 4mo Transformation. The photo on the left was taken back in December. I continued to get fatter until Feb 01. Then cut tell the end of June. The picture on the right is at the beginning of June. I’m currently in a re-comp phase. Goal is to gain back some lost muscle from the cut while lowering my body fat %. I may do this for another month or 6 months we will just have to see where the road of life takes me.

In this video, I’d be interested to hear your opinion but I talk about the problem in regards to when people think they’re too unfit or they have too much bodyweight to lose, so they think to themselves that they’ve gone too far to be able to do any kind of weight loss/fitness transformation. If you feel like you’re in this position, don’t feel discouraged and really try to focus on small goals which are achievable and this will help you to complete the transformation you want in the long term.

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday!

Just wanted to say to you guys that you should never set yourself limitations to how far you think you can go. I’ve come across people before who have said to me they can’t do something because of many reasons like —> “I’m too young” or “I’m too old” or “It’s not realistic” or “Well I can’t now at my age….” or “I’ll never be able to achieve something like that…”

Honestly, in my opinion, I think all these statements are rubbish and the only limitation to what you do is you! Again, in my opinion, I think social media can influence our decisions and make us feel certain things are unachievable but you definitely can achieve anything you want to, just give it you best shot and do your best.
