Like I said, I did. Last Sunday we went to Norcia (Umbria) to join festa del tartufo - event dedicated to truffles where we could try best truffles from the region, some typical food like hams, cheeses, sweets and listen some folk music.
Also this weekend (March 6/7/8) you can enjoy Nero Norcia!!!

Home Made Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe!
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup white vinegar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 cup bread crumbs
2 egg beaten
2 chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbsp spring onion
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, ketchup, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth. Set sauce aside.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Pour oil in a large, high-lip pan and warm over medium-high heat. Place the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl nearby. Mix the flour and baking powder in another shallow bowl and then one more bowl with the bread crumbs, salt and pepper (and mix it). Finally, place a plate nearby and cover it with a paper towel.
Coat bite-sized chicken pieces in the flour mixture and then dip them in the egg and then into the crumbs. Place coated chicken in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes each side. Transfer cooked chicken to the plate with the paper towel.
Once chicken pieces are cooked coat the chicken pieces with the sauce (including any excess on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes).
