This happened tonight. I will take it in english here so everyone can understand what horrible thing that just happened.

The BJJ-gym Stark Jiu-Jitsu got attacked last night. Someone threw in a incendiary bomb thru their window. Luckly no one got hurt. But the whole gym got destroyed. Nothing is known about the motive yet, but it is not only an attack against Stark, but also against the whole jiu-jitsu-community.

I started to use this guard again in nogi yesterday. It is a guard we ourself have cooked up as a alternative to William’s Guard because everyone at your gym started to know what to defefend. It has the same shoulder control, but different grips.
