Self acceptance is and has been a huge theme coming up for me. To trully accept myself takes some deconstructing of false beliefs about myself and deep conditioning of family and societal structures. And ART has been a huge part of this process. I’m here for it on this journey called life and I am very greatful. We’re all just some Light Beings Sight Seeing We are One ❤

The reflection that is seen in the water, as above in the sky, reflects the truth of life. Everything we experience is reflected outward to us and shapes our surroundings. If we step into truth and choose love, we create a universe around us reflecting only that which aligns with our vibration of love. Today I found God in a deeper way by saying goodbye to that which kept me from Him. Speaking my truth brings me the liberation of being heard. It catapults my self-worth to a higher degree knowing I am free to experience life and share my heart. I was doing some research into Buddhism, and hit upon a revelation that I had to share with all of you real quick!
In the West, we tend to view Buddhism as being inherently contradictory. “How can it be a pursuit of joy when all of life is suffering, and we need to practice non-attachment to escape it?”
This is due, in part, to a mistranslation of Sanskrit terms, which do not have an exact equivalent in English. When we translate dukkha as “suffering,” it would perhaps be more accurate to say “unsatisfactoriness.” The Buddha taught that our misconceptions lead us to find life to be pervasively filled with a sense of wrongness and dissatisfaction.
What is the biggest misconception, the biggest “ignorance,” then? That is that we exist as an individual self that is separate, cut off from the rest of existence. Attachment to an object or sensation is a product of one feeling a disconnection from that object or sensation - when, in reality, we are all part of one huge, wonderful whole. There’s nothing to attach to in the first place, once you realize it was a part of you and you were a part of it all along!
Ignorance of this truth also breeds aversion, or hatred, as well. When you come to accept that we are all one, you could never bring yourself to hurt anyone or anything else, for that would be tantamount to hurting yourself.
I’m sorry to spring this on all of you out of the blue, but I’ve kind of been having a spiritual awakening recently, and I’m incredibly inspired! Thank you for reading, and may the Tree of Life always shelter you!

What do you see?
As challenging as it can be I almost explode with excitement about this human experience we get to have. I mean how CRAZILY perfect it is all curated and orchestrated. How much magic unfolds when we stop resisting and surrender to what Life‘s intelligence is creating through us. What a gift it is to get experience all these human emotions and states and challenges and stories and illusions.
We are light, love, energy manifested, incarnated into human form, souls in a vessel. Fragments of God. Here to explore what we are. This maya, the concept of linear time, the restrictions we experience here, the illusionary separation from each other, from the One.
The deeper I am diving into my work and studies and experiences, the more I SEE how truly perfect it all is and always was. It is so intelligently designed - even if it does not at all make sense to our minds or if it experienced as brutal or unfair…
And hey, what an exciting time to be walking on this planet - as we are beginning to lift the veils of illusion and collectively experiencing this awakening process. So much is going to happen during the next years - and it will be chaotic and intense and painful and frightening on the surface level. But it’s only because we are entering a completely new era. We are transmuting karma and density for our families and other lifetimes, moving towards a deeper alignment with truth. We are balancing out the feminine and masculine energies and creating a foundation for a peaceful co existence of all lifeforms, without doing any more harm to our all home Gaia.
But to wake up we are shaken - and to heal all that is holding us back from experiencing this reality from a loving perspective we need to FEEL.
May we all dance with what is coming. May we all choose the lens of love and oneness. May we hold space for each other through these tumultuous times. And may we never forget to appreciate our precious bodies and all the blessings of the human experience
