Hello everyone! I know I have been missing in action for quiet some time now but trust me it has been for good reason. I HAD A BABY! My son actually! Which has been the absolute best experience and I have spent the past seven months loading up on mommy snuggles, kisses, laughs, and hugs! Happy Sunday so one thing I want to focus more on incorporating in my diet is healthy fats which are rich in omega 3s which are super good for inflammation, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, IBD, and symptoms of pcos salmon is one of the best foods to get your omega 3 from and is absolutely delicious. Today’s dish I made a mango avacado habanero salsa, which I had with sautéed kale, smoked salmon, and a poached egg happy brunching!

I’m sorry I’ve been MIA, and keep popping in and out. Back in 2011 when I made this blog, it was to express my feelings and cope with my depression and anxiety. It’s been almost 7 years since I’ve had this blog, and Tumblr has introduced me to some amazing people and was the start to my passion and love for social media. These days I’m a lot happier, but I’m also in a new chapter where I’ve graduated college with a degree in Communications and am still figuring out my 20s, because who really knows what’s going on during their 20s? That being said, I wanted to update you all as I’ve missed using Tumblr to communicate and share love with my amazing followers, be an individual who you can seek advice from, and share my own story.
