I’ve never been so turned-off about having kids until I realized I might have to become a soccer mom

What can you write in a journal for mental health?

Recently I was looking for some stickers and I found a tiny journal. I’m thinking of using it for mental health purposes.

These are the things I’ll write in it:

  • Quotes that I find very motivational
  • Moments from books that inspire me.
  • Reasons why I like myself
  • Reasons why others like me
  • How I have improved my life with tiny changes
  • Short plans on how to achieve certain goals or how to change things
  • Bucket lists~
  • Things that make me happy
  • Character analysis for characters that inspire me and what traits I want to adopt from them
  • Stuff that my friends said and they stuck with me over the years, motivational or just compliments
  • My favorite coping mechanisms
  • Compliments/encouraging words towards my person when I feel like giving up or when my self-esteem is down

A Cosplay Survival show. Hear me out.

A very famous anime/cartoon/videogame character is chosen each season of the show. The audition can very well be each candidate explaining why they want to participate (and win) - their relationship w/ cosplay and said character. The survival show itself consists of a few different elimination rounds which test the competitiors’ abilities on the cosplay scene - trivia and knowledge, costume making and crafting, hair and makeup styling, acting and performing, etc. The final scores take into consideration the audience’s votes but also prominent cosplayers(judges)’ and critics’ opinions. At the end of the season the winner gets a big budget, creative freedom and proffesionals’ help to make the best possible cosplay of this character (season’s pick) and one character of their own choosing.

this is really random but i dreamt me and my friends were stranded on an island that hadn’t been discovered by humans yet and we were having a hard time moving through it - we all kept stumbling, slipping, tripping, falling. at some point we were all sitting on some rocks by the shore that were halfway in the sea and talking in attempts to figure out what to do next. as i randomly and half jokingly said “this island is trying to kill us”, the rock beneath me literally moved/changed its shape, somehow throwing me into the sea. that’s it. thanks for coming to my ted talk.
