I am sweating my ass offffff!
Just went for a run/walk/run/walk type of a walk with my son. For about 45 minutes. Until he fell and scraped up his hand.
That walk felt good. That run felt good.
Always put that extra little UMPH into anything you do! The outcome is insanely different!!!
