Adrian Hummell&Amanda Duncan are both game of thrones fans, so what better way to finish off a Sunday of yoga than with a murder? Not an actual one, but isn’t it funny that a group of crows is called a murder?!
#fullcobra pose from last weekend! It’s exciting to have been competing with the same posture for the last year, I can really see my #progress! Now with bun-to-butt
Fun rolling transition from #fullcobra to #fullwheel! So excited that this new format is available to me at the national level!! #theyseemerollin #usayoga
I am still buzzing from this weekend, and it’s fun to look back on it as a weekend of firsts, like a (literally) unbelievable first trip to the semi-finals! A top-20 finish is more than I ever dreamed of, and I feel unbelievable grateful for the chance to present my practice twice!
I want to thank my coach, friend, and mentor @adrianhummellyoga without whom none of this would have been possible. You continue to inspire me in your own #dedication and focus in your routine, and it was so fun to watch you in the finals! I also want to send a shout out to @elleburk who competed for the first time at #usayoga Nationals this year, and who rocked it! She will certainly be tough competition in the years to come!
Thanks for the #spine adjustment, Adrian Hummell !!! Just hanging out before competition and popping a few bones into place! Thanks for the photo @wearejared ❤ fun #chillin out in the #greenroom
We just got in at Ormond Beach, FL. On the way to our hotel we were passing the We Are Yoga studio and had the inspiration to strike a pose. Great start to WAYcationOB !
Deep front splits with a foot grab. A blend of flexibility through the hips and legs. Add a backbend and open shoulders. The trickiest aspect is balancing.
