I finally did it, guys! No, I still don’t have my #handstand, but I’m done with my career change journey and accepted an offer from Carvana! Starting June 14th, I am Software Engineer I! It took 1.5 years thanks to @lambdaschool #codingbootcamp!
The entire journey put me in a roller coaster of emotions, and for once I finally feel like every thing in my life is in order. I have time to spend with my family, my friends, my husband, my passion, and now I’m financially independent to support them all! It took tears, episodes of stress induced vertigo, daily meditation, perseverance, and support from the hubby!
Thanks to everyone who have already congratulated me! I finally feel complete, and I’m excited to be in the #techindustry! For anyone who is #jobhunting right now, be patient and take the time to learn what job hunting is teaching you!

I’m back online here at tumblr… thought I wanted to do insta only @miriamswartz but I’m so over looking at the people I know saying shot they don’t mean - it’s so fake - this crazy place where people do crazy things to get more likes and followers… I wanna be real and I wanna share my story for real!!! Honestly and raw… not all that polished stuff…

I do t know what freedom is any more… I used to think it was doing whatever I wanted whenever I wanted it, but now I’m not so sure…
I wanna get up and out!
Four days later and five seasons of game of thrones I’m still sick ridden and fluid drinkin’. On the bright side I’m really perfecting my tea brewing and turmeric latte skills also thinking of setting up a handstand exit strategy workshop for the spring… yes, always a good idea to plan lots of things when you have nothing to do!
