The most incredible grazing box I had the chance to nibble on while getting ready on my wedding day cheeses (brie, blue, feta), various hummus, dips, sesame seed falafel, mushrooms, nuts, fruit, chocolate and more!! Would highly recommend

Cafe Muller has organic chickpea sandwich, which is delicious and filling.  The hummus is very delicious and thick, and the bread (regular or ciabatta, this time I chose regular) is toasty on the outside and lovely soft on the inside; super nice!!

The foam on the cappuccino is so thick it can stand up on its own without spilling, and is very smooth and yummy

玄米粉で作られたグルテンフリーのベーグルを頂いたので、ランチに野菜をたっぷり乗せてオープンフェイスのサンドとエッグ、トマト、アボカドの朝食系のベーグル作ってみました。普通のベーグルよりかなり軽めで秒で完食 笑

Put tons of veggies and hummus for an open faced and Egg cheese tomato and avocado for breakfast ish bagel!

Lighter than regular bagel so I ate in 2 big bites! ; )

Very satisfying!!!

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 ounces shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast (about 1 cup)
  • 2 Kirby or small cucumbers, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons plain hummus
  • 6 (8-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas

Directions:

Place tomatoes, olives, feta, juice, oregano, oil, pepper, chicken, and cucumber in a large bowl; toss to combine.

Spread 1 tablespoon hummus over 1 side of each tortilla. Top each tortilla with about ½ cup chicken mixture. Roll up wraps; cut in half.
