Meditation doesn’t always help my anxiety, but when I do it consistently I feel like it does. Anyway, for the first time I spent time with my ancestors without extravagance. I have this issue in which I think all my conversations with spirits need to be big and ritualistic. I just tried listening to my music this time, and wrote a petition on my ancestor money.
It was more casual than anything I’ve done, but at least I did it. And I meant every word I said and actually reflected on it. And I think there’s some geniuses in being honest to your ancestors, in coming as yourself, not entirely masked by ritual. But also, i think the need to be ritualism in ancestral work, for me, has prevented me from working wit them.
Did a crystal/energy meditation for the first time in forever! Ever since I lost my other crystal its been hard for me to be motivated to work with them again, and tbh it was even hard before that. But the energy and elation felt when getting in touch with your crystals is unlike anything I can describe. Its like a a high and knowing things will be alright. I often remind myself that are gemstones are living organisms and that we need to interact with them to be awake. I’ll be making it through my entire crystal bag just to get I touch with them again, aside from just using them for my own gain. I want to acknowledge them.
Take the person that’s suspected to have the aojo “Evil Eye” lay them down on a flat surface, preferably shirtless unless not comfortable with doing so, and then place the white candle at the Crown of their head 8inches away (keep from catching them on fire!).
Then you are going to pour sea salt around the person into a circle, then sit at the crown where the candle is and then call on to our Lady of Fatima and ask her to take the aojo out of (Persons first and last name) then you’re going to move to their right side,
Then take the sweet basil dip into the Omiero and make a Cross on to the forehead, chest, stomach, Groin and Feet while reciting.
“Our Lady of Fatima blessed Among all woman dressed in holy light may you triumph over the mark of evil stomping out all pain and Sorrow leaving nothing but Joy, Love, and Light In the name of the blessed mother amén"
Once you’re done going over the body and reciting the prayer you’re then going to lay the White cloth down on their chest and dip the Sweet basil back into the Omiero and lay it onto the white cloth, close your eyes, and visualize pulling dark tar out and it seeping into the sweet basil.
Once you have done the visualizing and pulling the tar out you’re going to fold up the white cloth over the sweet basil and discard the folded white cloth with the basil at a crossroads preferably buried.

For the busy witch that just doesn’t have time. -Ingredients/Items- 1 Bell (to server as an Opener/Closer) 40’ 60’ or 80 Ft of Rope (your Choice) 1 large bucket 1 White Candle (Represents Spirit) ½ Gallon distilled water (Binding agent) ½ Gallon white Vinegar “banishing, Cleaning” 5 Tbsp of Sea Salt “Protection, Cleansing” 5 Bay Leaves “Protection” 5 Whole Cloves “Protection” 5 Dragon’s Blood resin chips “Protection” 5 Hibiscus Petals “Balanced Energie” 5 Tsp Blue Sage “Protection” 5 Star anise “Protection” 5 Tsp Rosemary “Memory”
*Step 1, Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a pot on the stove *Step 2, Place the rope and bell into a bucket *Step 3, Pour the hot “potion” over the rope in the bucket then light the candle and say the following below. Then let cool and then dry and it’s able to be used as often as you like. Make sure to keep the bell and the rope together since they are a dull pairing.

I actually kind of remember that map from school. Also i remember in elementary school, a teacher telling the class that black people just “decided” to help grow America. She also didn’t work at the school very long either. But the information coming out is just wow!
