Angels come into our lives exactly when we need them the most. When we are suffering the most. There’s been times in our lives where it feels like it’s completely falling apart and we try to hold everything together in fear that we are going to lose everything including ourselves. Sometimes that is exactly what needs to happen. When we can completely un-attach our emotions from and thoughts about the people and experiences that have caused or are causing our suffering we can fully be with ourselves. Today is the first day of Spring. The vernal equinox marks a time of rebirth and new beginnings. Letting go of all that does not serve us to our highest good. As we break the chains of negativity at the same time acknowledging that it all served a purpose. Now is the time illuminate ourselves with the positive. Stand tall, being mindful of the words and actions that we manifest. Allowing them to be compassionate, loving, and forgiving. I was taught to always start with my heart from a place of unconditional love and then follow that vibration. In doing so the proper healings and guidance can be received then shared. Today I call upon the energies of the Hummingbird, merging with its energies to help myself so I can help the people with the intention that they can help themselves, their people and Mother Earth. A prayer for those that are suffering. May this suffering become your ally that pushes and guides you out of the darkness. Let it guide you through your pain and into the hearts of your beloveds. Let the suffering be the catalyst that demands that your grow into the greatest version of yourself. Let it remind you that you cannot be stopped unless you choose to give up. The suffering is the other side of bliss and without experiencing the suffering you you wouldn’t know how to compare it to bliss let alone know what bliss feels like. If you’re suffering please know that you will get through it and maybe even one day help someone else that’s suffering become empowered by it. You are not alone, we are not alone. All you have to to is ask for help and keep on asking until you get it. Sometimes the best help you get is from yourself. Never give up, never give in and never I repeat never think that it’s time to end your life. I’m here and I’ve suffered and now I know it has become an ally so I can become your ally. It is now June but As we neared the end of May I wanted to take the time to post this video and just speak my peace on mental health seeing as May is mental health awareness month. Because Mental health is so much more common than some are willing to admit, today I encourage you wherever you are to push the conversation of mental health just a tad bit further.

So often we see people and even come across them in passing and so generically we are inclined to say hi and ask how they are doing. And many will say that they are fine, Good, even okay but sometimes they are so very far from that. So I also encourage you take a moment of your time and not only ask how someone is doing but truly listen. So many just want someone to really Ask.
