SLOTH MODE ENGAGED!
Finally rolled out of bed and onto the mat after 6 days of lying sick in bed. Being completely still for so long is STRANGE to me and feels horrible. To quote Game of Thrones (of which I’ve seen all seven seasons these sick days)
“things are not always as they seemed, much that may seem evil can turn out to be good.”
So I guess the takeaway is that I got some quiet time and some stillness. Gonna sit a little on my mat and contemplate, maybe even meditate wether or not this sickness was a good or bad thing for me. Or maybe it could be both?

The Beauty of Being retreat was a huge success.
