The ace-spec refers to everyone that falls on the asexual spectrum. This includes asexual, demisexual, and graysexual.
All of these are available in my shop!
[Image description: a photo of three stickers, five needle felted hearts, three bottle charms, and a pin. The stickers are drawings of the pokemon noibat and espurr. Behind the two noibat are a demisexual flag and an asexual flag. Behind the espurr is a graysexual flag. The pin is the same design as the asexual noibat sticker. The bottle charms from left to right contain the flags demisexual, asexual, and graysexual. The hearts are black, gray, and purple.]
relationships don’t have to be all about sex or making out and i feel like a lot of people don’t realize that.. like i don’t care if you don’t kiss me, i just care that you feel loved and happy. a healthy relationship is like crying together, helping your partner clean their room, going shopping together.. doing normal people things but still having them there because it feels nicer or is more fun… we don’t need to be all over each other but if thats what you like it’s just an added bonus, ya know?
- sincerely, a greysexual
Happy trans day of visibility to graysexual and/or otherwise a-spec trans people!

So far I’ve gone from ace to non-SAM aro to alloaro. Come to think of it, theoretically speaking I’d have to ID as demi/greysexual, which would put me back on the acespectrum. But to be honest, I feel so much more connected to the alloaro/non-ace community and I don’t know what to do about that lol
[please don’t reblog]
Lovelies, if you are able, then show your pride! You deserve to participate(if you choose to do so) just as much as any other LGBT+ orientation and identity! Let’s also show some pride and support for those of us who would like to participate, but are unable to do so for any reason, and let them know that they will not go unrecognized.
ace-specs who have problems with dissociation, have dissociative episodes, have a dissociative disorder, and/or are part of a system are amazing and beautiful and their asexuality is hella valid <3
A friend decided to introduce me to her group of friends. Some were my age, others a little older.
As usual, they asked about my taste, in everything. However, that was a night group, if you know what I mean. When the night came, we went to the bars. Everyone asked for a drink except me. After that, everyone went outside to smoke, except me. They thought it strange but ok. Finally, they started talking about their body count. They asked mine, I said 0.
Everyone looked , shocked, at me and suddenly started saying “Wow, you are so innocent”, “What a baby” …
Like, REALLY?? I am your age! I apologize if I take care of my health! And if I’m asexual but, SORRY NOT SORRY!
That pissed me off… Never talked to them again.
I dream with a relationship, with an intimate relationship, with the act…(if you understand me), and I want it, I want to experience it, but when I have the chance to give the step forward, I don’t feel anything. Well, not anything, I do feel love and I want to be with that person but, the next step feels so off, so unrealistic and even a bit repulsive. I don’t want it but I want it.
Does it make sense?
Grey-ace/Grey asexual presentation flags!
