As an introvert, I get alot of individuals with louder personalities telling me how to act… I’ve always felt self conscious about not being “loud enough” but I’m starting to love my quiet self.
Hufflepuff Pride
To all the people wondering why I chose Hufflepuff, Gryffindor is not the only house with courageous people. Hufflepuffs take pride in friendship and loyalty, so disagreeing with / standing up to a friend would be a courageous thing to do for a Hufflepuff.

Just started reading this book and I’m finding myself saying “yes, oh my goodness, exactly yes!” Constantly. Facing your fears, letting go of control, embracing your true self, embracing faith, following what inspires you. This is how you find real joy in life. It’s the power of positivity coupled with learning how to use faith to let go of our resistance to real happiness, the need to be in control of everything, the thoughts that “it will never work”, the world telling you you have to live in misery and be a victim of “the grind”….guys I’m just starting chapter two…this book is already giving me goosebumps. So much validation with how I’ve been feeling lately.

I came across these amazing prompts the other day and I immediately thought of how helpful all of these concepts have been along my journey, getting where I am now and where I’m going, and the overall mindset I’ve been in along the way.
Guys and gals, this is powerful stuff to ponder. To journal. To make goals. To reflect. To take ownership. Be accountable. To find that will power, that determination to reach your full potential.
So often we find ourselves “wanting”. Wanting to lose weight, wanting to be fit, wanting that six pack, to fit into that outfit, to feel good, to have more energy…
guys and gals, it starts in your head. It starts with knowing who you really are and loving that person enough to let that person shine through all the garbage we deal with in the world on a daily basis, to put your best out there with confidence knowing that you can and will still be standing with all your awareness, not letting the world take your courage and strength and unique amazing qualities away from you.
Because those qualities are what will drive you. It’s different for everyone. Beyond looking good, and feeling good about the person you see on the outside. It’s about finding yourself, and loving who you are on the inside. Taking pride of that person, taking care of that person.
And when you do, that positive energy will raise from you to others and spread like crazy.
I strongly encourage you to look inside yourself and find that thing that gives you energy and joy and determination.
And then go kick some booty and rock life.

Take a look at yourself in the mirror. And instead of doing the habitual self depreciating nitpicks that you don’t like about yourself, look at yourself the way you look at your favorite artist.
Maybe that art is like a painting, or a photograph, or drawing. Maybe it’s a song, a dance, a poem, a story, a sculpture, a sunset or sunrise, a rainbow, mountains, flowery fields, trees, the moon and the stars in the dang skies!
Art is gorgeous! And imperfect! And unique! You never get the same sunset twice, right?
Take pride in who you are! Inside and out!!!
Own it! Be awesome and amazing, kind, caring, courageous, and proud to be you! Incredible, freaking spectacular you!

If you are struggling to find your path, your passion, I just want you to know that you are not alone. I know it might feel that way. And I know it might seem like everyone around you has already found their dream job and is happy with what they are doing. I just want to remind you that you do not have to have it all figured out by the time you are in your twenties. Or thirties. Or even later. Struggling to find a job that you enjoy and are pasisionate about is completely normal and nothing to be ashamed or stressed about! We change throughout our lives - our interests, mindsets, hobbies, etc., they change. You do not have to find something in your teenage years and stick to it for the rest of your life. You are allowed to change your career path, you are allowed to experiment and take time to figure it all out, darling (I know that this is an unpopular opinion). So, if you feel lost and stressed out right now, I just wanted to let you know that it is okay. It is absolutely okay. There are so many options out there and it is okay to be overwehelmed. Breathe, my love. Ask yourself: Am I stressed because I am worried about my future or because I am worried about what other people think? Ultimately, your future is for you and for no one else. In the end, it is you that should be happy. So, please take your time to explore your passions. Be brave,be daring and I promise that you will find your way. I am rooting for you.
