I have to say, once you start calorie counting it turns into a never ending nightmare.

Help


So i just got an iphone after having an android for a bit and my android would track how many calories you burned based off the amount of steps you take… does anyone know how to do it on an iphone?

I always worry that if I eat something I won’t be able to stop. Any tips?

Does anyone else get the high from updating your bio to a lower weight and BMI? I fucking love seeing that number go down.


Also I started a calorie journal so ill maybe post pics of it if people are interested in the way it looks/ inspo for their own. Let me know :)
