#staypositive
Just a little reminder in all this uncertainty.
Moriarty says to get plenty of sleep and stay healthy because even tho a lot of us are on lockdown theres no reason to not take care of ourselves.
Please, help me out. What are things like got to know, anything an old NSFW should know before returning?
It’s been forever since I made art PERIOD. But the nude photography and sex work was
MY
REASON
TO
LIVE
lmao I’ll try to be good, but I turned to the porn when I had tried this 9 years ago… then the game, and then the girl…
I am aware my art work would simply not have the love it did here, even sold cheap on the clear replacement …
OnlyFans
But I sold out before, I wanted sex, I got the original content and I ended up
Talking to the void.
It’s all about the faith we have within ourselves ✨
It’s the most important thing.
You are resilient.
It’s that time of year again! Some love the cold months and others may hate it. To be honest, I’m not a winter person at all. Yes, the snow is a beautiful sight but if it’s snowing I’m definitely inside. I think it’s because I’m generally a cold person, so if it’s cold out I don’t want to be colder than I already am.
I’m rambling… OK for the 5 ways to stay motivated during Winter.
1. Make sure to get enough sleep. This doesn’t mean staying in bed until noon.. Try your best to let your body recover and that means getting the right amount of sleep. Not too little and not too much!
2. Keep your brain active! Don’t sit around all the time and watch TV or Netflix. It’s very important to keep your brain active. If you’re in college and it’s winter break then open a book! Stay away from the social media and read something that’s interesting to you. Another way to keep your brain active is putting together a puzzle.
3. Set an alarm that you WANT to wake up to. Avoid setting an alarm that is going to piss you off when you wake up. It’s important to wake up with a positive outlook on your day ahead of you. Waking up to something you enjoy is going to jump start the day for you!
4. Make a motivation board! Stop at your local Walmart and pick up a cork board to hang up on the wall. Print off motivational pictures or quotes and tack them up each day. If you want to get more creative then hand write your own motivational sayings.
5. Plan a vacation ahead of time! This will get your mind thinking about how warm the vacation will be and might help motivate you to go outside or even head to the gym. Also, who doesn’t want a hot body for vacation? ;)
