Something to write on the mirror with that can easily rub off (lipstick, eyeliner, etc.)
Step 1) Stand in front of the mirror. Close your eyes and think of what you are trying to hide from others, be it yourself, a quality about you, etc.
Step 2) While focusing on what you want to hide, draw several eyes in the mirror. Make sure the eyes have pupils, don’t just make them circles.
Step 3) Say the following: There are eyes focused on me, But that is not how I want it to be. Take their gaze and point it away, So I can go about my day.
Step 4) Scratch out the eyes, so that their gaze is clearly blocked. Visualize their eyes passing over you or the quality you are trying to hide. You’re done!
Alt: if you can’t find anything to mark on the mirror with, you can use a piece of paper and a pencil. Just tape the paper to the wall in front of you and use it like the mirror.

STEPS:
On the piece of paper, write the negative emotions you’ve been feeling. Go into detail about how stuck you’ve been feeling, and how you wish to break free from whateverorwhomever has you in it’s web.
Place the candle on top of your petition.
Sprinkle the herbs you chose to use on top of the candle. As you are doing so, visualize the purpose of each herb. Feel the doors in your life opening, your desires now coming to you with ease rather than with delay.
Light the candle, sit in front of it, and meditate on what you wish to happen after this spell. Imagine yourself getting what you want, the blockages melting away like ice on hot pavement.
Commandit to get out of your way. This is your life, you have the power to pick and choose whoandwhat you want in it, so do it. Do this verbally or mentally, whichever you see fit.
Allow the candle to burn down completely, or, you can leave it on until you feel the blockages were removed. If you choose the second method, you can light this same candle again if you feel the need to ever again.
A money altar is an altar dedicated specifically to money matters. You can have altar for any area of your life that you want or are prioritizing right now, for example many people have love altars if they are trying to attract new love or are looking to sustain a long term relationship. Since money is at the center of my life right now, stacking it, playing with it, spending it, earning it, It’s a perfect time to share it with you here.
There is a lot of money spells out there and a lot of them work, but attracting more money into your life and living differently because of that money is about building a relationship with money.
Trusting money, loving money and knowing money loves you. People who don’t trust money think that its always running out, it doesn’t grow on trees, there’s always more month than money, and that they can’t rise into a new financial situation. Those kind of thoughts make it harder to attract and keep more money.
Building a money altar allows you to start a relationship with money. At my money altar I simply started with $5 and a white candle, and everyday (mostly) I would light the candle, and touch the money. I felt its energy and I visualized having more of it. I’m currently building a new altar since I moved (pics to come).
Things you can add to a money altar:
Real money- $1, $5, $10, $20, $100, whatever you have and whatever makes you feel comfortable to start with. Not only does putting real money on the altar bring the energy it is an act of trust. I’ve been there where $5 is a lot of money to put on a table and not spend but it is crucial you put real money here.
Crystals- My favorite money stone is malachite but I also included rose quartz on my altar because for me money is tied to my self worth and rose quartz helps with it. You can use any money drawing stones (like a lodestone!)
A honey jar- If you’ve made a honey jar for anything money related putting it on your money altar is a great idea! It will help keep it charged and bring more energy to the space.
Candles- Everybody knows I loveeee my candles so its a must for me. Flames add energy for me so having them there is crucial.
Money herbs- patchouli, cinnamon, bay leaves, all spice, orange peels, basil, any herbs that you would use for attracting money.
Things to do at a money altar:
Visualize- Visualization is huge part of my spell casting and life in general. If I can see it my mind then I can feel it in my body and then I can actually get my head around it and call it in. All my spells start by imagining it already done
Journal- I’m a writer so words are important to me and can move me through a situation quickly. If i’m feeling freaked out about money or I don’t know how I’m gonna pay X instead of freaking out I write about it at the altar. Writing about it makes me feel better and releases those negative emotions and keeps me from constantly thinking “is this even working?” I tell clients this all the time, things come to you easier if you are detached and certain of the outcome.
Money spells/petitions- I do money spells, and write petitions for things I need at the altar. I ONLY do my own spells here. I have a little box or area I keep petitions in and trust that those issues are being handled.
Having a relationship with money is like having a relationship with anything else. Would you constantly question if your partner was gonna run out on you and leave you with nothing? (hopefully not) So the goal is to not do this with money. Building a relationship with money has been life changing for me, and while you can do this many ways, building an altar has really helped me. An altar is something that holds a lot of energy in one place so having a specific altar for money has solved issues and built my trust with money faster.

- Decide on your spell. If you’re writing your own, do it well before the day of execution in case you decide to change it after thinking about it for a day or two.
- Check to make sure you have all the tools or enhancements available. You do not want to run to a store an hour before you conduct a ritual. You should be as relaxed as possible the day of your ceremony.
- Locate the area in which you will be casting your formation (magic circle) in advance.
- Choose your clothing and make sure it is clean and ready to wear.
- Clear your schedule so you are not rushed.
- If your spell is to be conducted at home, clean it so you wont be nervous or concerned about chores later.
Spell Day: The Basic Order
1. Shut off all telephones and anything that will distract you.
2. Put pets that will disrupt you in another room.
3. Take children to the babysitters if you have made that previous arraignment, or ask household members not to disturb you for the amount of time you think it will take. Allow a minimum of a half an hour.
4. Take a shower or bath.
5. Take your tools and enhancements and go to your spell area. Make sure you have your spell.
6. If you’re using music, you may want to start playing it while you are getting things together.
7. Move furniture around to give yourself the space you require.
8. Place all your tools within the space you will be using.
9. Cast your circle and place your candles and gems in your space.
10. Relax and visualize your body being protected by a bright white light. See it flowing from your toes up to the top of your head. Not only does the circle protect you, but the white light is also a shield of additional protection from negative influences.
11. Sit, and when you feel it appropriate, recite your spell. You may want to listen to the music for a while before actually reciting the spell, or you may want to sit in silence to prepare.
12. Once you have completed your spell, sit for as long as you feel is comfortable. Extinguish all candles and open up your circle, release it, and leave immediately.
13. Remove all enhancements and put things back in order.
Whenever you hear people speak, you hear music. Language is sound. And if you’ve ever heard a beautiful piano sonata or a violin concerto, a bad note in the middle of a stirring melody can really ruin the mood. The same goes for someone who says “uhhh, uhmmmm” before and after every sentence. These are people who are, in some sense, afraid of there being silence in the conversation.
The people who speak eloquently know the power of silence, and if forced to pause, use that silence to their advantage. Silence creates suspense, and can either be seen as “uncomfortable” or as an opportunity to make the next statement that much more poignant. There is power here, and the greatest speakers know how to use it to their advantage.
2. Eliminate uhm, uhh, etc. Replace with “Well; you see; now…”
Going off the above, people tend to stutter and fill silence when they are nervous, uncomfortable, don’t know what they’re talking about, etc. We all learned this in middle school. The fastest way to make your teacher believe you didn’t do the work was to stand there with your hands in your pockets saying “Uhhh….”
Whether or not you actually are nervous or if you have no idea what you’re talking about is besides the point. It’s what your audience BELIEVES that matters, and these things can be easily concealed with words like “Well; you see; now…”. Instead of saying “Uhm, I was thinking…” you say, “Well, I was thinking…” Very different sounding, yes? These little words, especially “Now” is a filler word that can help you extend silence if you need time to think. Take a moment to pause, say “Now…” pause again, and then move on with what you were going to say. That’s 2 whole seconds you get to formulate your next thoughts.
3. Jargon Isn’t Impressive
The best talkers leave the jargon at home. Want to know the difference between a new salesman and a seasoned salesman? The new salesman leaves you confused, the seasoned salesman makes you feel like you are more educated than you think.
Jargon is pointless. It’s meant for people at your office, people you work with, to get more done faster. It’s not intended to be flashed around to make people feel impressed. It usually doesn’t impress them. It just makes them confused and feel left out of what the conversation really should be about, which is how to provide value, or an emotional component that is easier to relate to. Think more poetry, less endless prose.
4. Eliminate Curses
The sophisticated don’t use words like fuck, shit, ass, bitch, etc. They just don’t. I myself have a sailer’s mouth, but I also know there’s a time and place for it. The fastest way to earning the trust and respect of those around you is to speak well, and that means eliminating the “gutter” words.
5. Be Descriptive and To The Point
Somewhat in line with jargon usage, get to the point and don’t talk around it. There’s no point. Nobody wants to sit through your stream of consciousness. Say what you mean to say in the least amount of words, and then when you get to the meat of what you’re saying, describe it in such detail that the person you’re talking to can envision it with perfect clarity.
Details are everything. They’re what wet our senses and are ultimately what draw us in. It’s the reason why some people are terrific storytellers and others put you to sleep. This is not to be confused with saying “a lot.” It’s not about length. It’s about saying what you mean to say, and saying it well.
