Is it me or does anyone else on the heavier side of the ana scale let out a huge sigh when they see a skinny angel call themselves fat and stuff?? Like I just mentally

Food and Calories

  •  Small bowl of meat with a slice of bread (Cultural dish, Homemade, don’t know the calories but if I had to guess about 320?)
  •  Some cranberry juice (60 cal)
  •  2 sips of coffee with a bit of milk and sugar in it (Maybe 20 cals lol)

TOTAL: Approx 330-500 calories

Exercise

  • Emi Wong’s 15 minute leg slimming work out (Youtube)
  • Cleaned my yard?
  • Walked up and down the stairs a couple times, not sure if that counts as anything.

Extras

  • I took some vitamins and drank a couple glasses of water so that’s fun 

Let me know if you guys want progress pictures every week or so, I’ll for sure gross y’all out by how fat and ugly my ass is LMAOO but yeah let me know.

I got my period. At least that explains the bloat recently.

Also I’m 110.2 now. It’s lower then I’ve been but it hurts knowingly I was 98 before. Oh well, I’m moving on the right direction.

Also being at home is hard. Having to convince everyone that I’m doing so well is difficult. Especially since my mother is being nice. She even let me keep my food separate from the family’s. It eased my mind a little. Still I feel like it’s all gonna be eaten up by other people.

♡Listen to music while reading/writing/drawing

♡make a poem/mashup something useful and can make you proud while wasting time

♡ take a bath / shower

♡ do a quick cycle

♡ talk to your friends

♡ look at thinspo

♡ clean your room

♡ help your parents with the chores
