Have there ever been any food crazes or fads in your setting?

Ahuurul (sorta a sheep-like animal) meat was once extremely popular for it’s texture and taste, even unseasoned it possessed great flavor. Flaky and slightly crisp when cooked juuuuuust right.

Unfortunately, being tasty isn’t a good survival strategy, and Ahuurul became one of the first livestock.

Do we have any aroace in here?

Letme know if you love this design. I’ll be happy to make it available for you at irenekohstudio.com if you do.

Today i cracked open this magnum of Valentina : my favourite hot sauce for eggs/ breakfast!

Egg sandwiches are so fucking good, as long as the bread has got some grains in it.

LUNCH! And breakfast, I don’t really eat breakfast on weekdays!

½ cucumber, whole yellow pepper, 3 laughing cow cheese with gluten free rice crackers, raspberries, a banana, a blood Orange, and a banana chocolate chip muffin.

yogurt with granola and bran and a leftover turkey sandwich.

my life has been weirdly chaotic, my BPD has been a rollercoaster.

I’m sorry for being absent

All Goth no Health

I didn’t get the opportunity to grocery shop this week so this is what my meal looks like- everything I had hanging around the house that was on the go edible.

Yogurt and bran, cinnamon toast crunch and oat milk, and a Reese’s bat.

Today is going to have quite a bit of sugar, I think I’ll likely order something else to have today, perhaps a smoothie or salad!

Breakfast on a sunny fall Monday!

This week is hopefully going to be a good one, tonight I’m spending the night with my dear friend and fellow artist Ruby where hopefully we’ll make art and watch movies and have a really nice time!

Egg sandwich with yogurt and bran ✌

I wasn’t certain of the genre when I acquired my copy of Kerri Turner’s The Last Days of the Romanov Dancers, set in Saint Petersburg’s ballet world during the Russian Revolution. While it’s published by Harlequin Australia the cover is clearly reaching for audiences beyond romance readers. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping for a good blend of history and love crowned by an HEA. Auspiciously, the author is a ballet teacher who also made a research trip to Russia.

Welp Yelp, I can finally say I tried the elusive Noodlecat. I have been back-and-forth on whether or not to get food from here for a while now, mainly because of my fellow Yelpers inability to decide whether or not this place is awesome or sucks. The reviews are so all over the place I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to subject myself to the possibility of a bad meal. I decided once and for all the bite the bullet though and check this place out for myself.

Overall, I’m not super impressed. The location, servers, and vibe were a+, no complaints there, but the food was just lacking for me. Considering the price as well as the hype, I expected a pretty tasty dish when I ordered the smoked tomato coconut curry udon, instead though I got some pretty slimy noodles. The broth was good but overall could have used a bit more body, and the tofu was a pretty pointless addition to the dish. I wish they had gotten a little more creative with it. Just because I’m vegan doesn’t mean I like huge chunks of tofu in my soup!

The house sake was good though, it was infused with orange and lemon and I could have drank a barrel of it. It was just what I wanted while sitting outside in the late summer sun.

Overall, I vote skip Noodlecat. It just didn’t impress me enough to feel the need to recommend it to anyone or bother going back.

szep nagyra nott hernyo!

* Eddig az egybe “öntött”, fémnyelű húsklopfoló tűnik a legközelebbi megoldásnak.

I have zero understanding of the language and words above me, but I know tasty food when I see it.

How do you say: “May I please have some?” in that language?
