OkNOW I’m at 115lbsfinally

Through rigorous and exhausting exercise and countless sleepless night and 4 years of this bullshit I roughly have the body shape I want

Now I just need to proportionally lose 15-20 more pounds. Thinking rationally I know that wont happen perfectly so maybe another 4 years of this bullshit will finally get me where I want to be :,)

I’m not doing good with eating, or rather with not eating, and I hate myself for it just oh so much. I just wanna be skinny and attractive is that too much to ask???????

it is the most frustrating thing ever wanting a big booty and also wanting to being very skinny. being both is really difficult because it’s literally two different kinds of diets

I’m back, i was at the hospital for some time (not ed related), and extremely happy cause i’ve lost 15 kg since last year

Today I did the most ED thing in my life, crunches in my room at midnight, watching mukbangs and chewing mint gum, with a diet coke at the side ofc.

Purged again, the guilt just follows me.

I feel like I’m never gonna be able to escape my body and mind, they all work against me somehow, and idk what to do. At times all I want to be is happy, but my mind is clouded by food, i can’t stop the revolving inner monologue about calories and I’m so sick of it. I just want to be carefree and normal.

Yk everything is going downhill when you’ve watched To the bone 5 times in a week.

i’m literally willing to die for getting rid of my fat cheeks

i really feel like fixing my mindset today

i’m gonna try only eating when i’m really hungry instead of at times i set up for myself and not obsessing around it but obviously staying in the low cal range

naturally skinny mindset here i come /lol i feel so delusional/

today is my birthday i’m turning 17 cals are on me today

i’m back at 55.8 which is both good and bad at the same time lol

i just want to get myself together again

next week i’m starting a new sport - pole dancing exactly - with my best friend i’m so excited about it

i’m leaving for Florence on friday it’s gonna be great
