y’all ever tell someone about ur ed and immediately regret it?!

Have y'all ever had a London Fog?

As in the drink, not the literal fog of london. It’s super good, here’s the low cal version I like to make:

ingredients for about 2 cups:

  • 1-2 bags of earl grey tea (black tea works well too) - 0cal
  • ½ cup of your preferred milk (I use unsweetened almond - 15cal)
  • sugar free vanilla syrup to taste - 0cal
  • driedlavender - 0cal

instructions:

  1. Place your tea bag(s) and lavender into a cup. I don’t usually measure how much lavender I use, but it’s probably a little under 1 tablespoon.
  2. Pour in your boiling water and brew your tea. I like to use 2 bags of earl grey tea, and i like to brew about 1.5 cups. I usually brew my tea for about 3-5 minutes, but you can leave your tea bags in for longer or shorter to change how strong the tea is.
  3. Remove your tea bag(s) and lavender. If the lavender was lose in your cup you may want to strain it out.
  4. Add your milk, and sweeten to taste with the vanilla syrup.
  5. Enjoy!

if you don’t have a vanilla syrup, you can just use sugar (or any sweetener) and vanilla extract. Just be careful when adding the vanilla because the extract is very strong!

You can skip the lavender without ruining the drink, I know it’s not an herb that everybody has.

High volume, low-cal cabbage soup!

I friggen LOVE cabbage soup! It’s my ultimate comfort food and I just had it for lunch so I really wanna share the recipe with you guys!

This recipe makes 8 servings, and is about 130 cals per serving! I like to make it for my family to avoid some suspicion ;)

I got the recipe from Dinner and Dessert! here’s the think to the recipe on the website! dinneranddessert.com/cabbage-soup/

^you can find metric measurements and timers on the website (you’ll need to scroll down a bit for the recipe tho)!

Ingredients:

  • 3 T olive oil
  • ½ yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 cups chicken broth (vegetable broth works too, if you want a vegan meal!)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ black pepper
  • ½ head cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. chop up your veggies! cut up the cabbage into 1.5 inch chunks, peel and chop your carrots and onion half, thinly slice your celery, and mince your garlic
  2. in a large pot, add your oilover a medium heat. then add your onions and garlic. cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally or until the onions are see-through
  3. add the broth, salt, pepper, thyme, cabbage, carrots, celery, and tomatoes! bring to a simmer and simmer for about 30 minutes

And that’s it! it’s super easy and takes about 45 minutes total (including the time to prep and cook everything).

now, you WILL NEED TO USE THE OIL! I use half of what the recipe calls for typically but if you skip it entirely then the soup won’t taste as good. plus, the small amount of healthy fats the oil adds will do wonders for your health <3

I usually half the recipe when I cook for myself and then have leftovers for the next few days.

Hope you enjoy! Remember to stay safe and drink some water!

Why can I see all my ribs, have a thigh gap, my hip bones stick out, I have no boobs, no ass, but my stomach is massive like someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong

Low cal summer snack

We need a blueberry emoji. Seriously but anyway! I’m sure many of you have heard of or seen this and I always kinda pushed it to the side but PLEASE try it!

All I used for this is blueberries and low fat yogurt, I plopped the blueberries in and then put it on parchement paper to freeze!

-1 container blueberries (78 cals)

-1 container low fat yogurt (35 cals)

Whole recipe= 113 cals!!

This is so good and refreshing. It’s also like a really yummy version of frozen yogurt!! Only much more satisfying. It took me an hour to eat tbh because it gave me brain freeze a lot and I took my time. Also blueberries are really good for you and the yogurt has protein, so even though I wasn’t hungry I didn’t feel bad. I HIGHLY suggest this if you feel like you’re going to binge, but it was so filling i would consider this two portions if you’re just looking for a snack. If you have half it’s only 57 cals!! Say safe loves.

I’m scared to open up about my ED because i’m “not skinny enough” or “not sick enough” to have one. even tho i myself know i’m valid, i know others wouldn’t.
